I went to this location on Google and Facebook it says open but when I just went there at 330 drivethru had totes in it 2 workers outside hanging out and 1 girl I couldn't even understand was working the door was unlocked so my bf and I went in with another customer that had pulled up and didn't even get greeted. instead she was kinda rude she asked me if I was delivery couldn't even understand I said is it closed she said yes the four of us in there were not happy how we were treated no customer service skills at all. I told her well you should have a note on the door or the door locked
The crews can’t even read the instructions. I asked them not to add the ingredients yet they added the ingredients. I’ve several allergies. Now I can’t eat the hamburger. I’ll have find other restaurant. We decided no longer going there.Dishonest manager…
Always hot and perfect to order. I'm so glad I found this one, as it seems like all the others in town are trash now. Never had an issue no matter what we, as a family, get here. Oh, and if you've never had one, try the dipped cone. Yum!
Ordered 2 A1 steak house burgers. Gave us something else.... went back and had it fixed.. they took the wrong burges and added a couple.of onion rings... still not right. Gave u a chance and blew it. 20 years wont be back . Bummer . Ps frys sucked to.

This DQ has an outstanding group of employees with excellent food especially the cheese curds & blizzards ?
My wife's Sundae was bagged, was upside down and no spoon. Came back and was told that according to some law, you must ask for a spoon! There's a sign by the cash register but if your glasses are fogged from ask wearing, you can't se it!Bad customer service. At least say, do you want a spoon!

The food and ice cream is good but, it is very often that they run out of either Ice cream or chicken at this location. Great otherwise
