Unfortunately, this DQ is awful. They are constantly out of items that they have on their menu, cold food, messy orders and rude service. Was there yesterday and ordered 3 blizzards. It took almost 10 minutes to get them and when we arrived there was no one else in tue drive thru. Was told that it would take "5 minutes maybe six because the ice cream is frozen" All three blizzards were not filled equally and one was missing ingredients.The gal taking orders at the drive thru was gruff and rude. Had I been the car behind us I would have left if I would have been spoken too the way she spoke to them.During covid when places reopened and maybe things were unavailable you could cut them a bit of slack, but now there's no excuse for nastiness, horribly slow service, constantly being out of menu items and messy/cold when it should be hot food.It is a shame the employees do not have good management to train properly and set good examples.

Burger was cooked perfectly. Delicious, so happy they chose to prioritize, quality timelee food; rather than immediately shuttling me. to the waiting area. I loved being, aggressively "pan handled," by lunatics while waiting for my lunch. Definitely, a step in the right direction. However, prices are climbing. Not, just at D.Q., but everywhere. What I used to pay $8 for, is now $13. The fries at this location, were always g.b.d. "golden brown and delicious." The past 5 times, they were pail white, and cold inside. When you charge $13 for a single meal. You owe me more.i complained to the manager. Apparently, she thought that I was dumb enough, to believe her b.s. she told me that ; I would have to comment to the corporate office, about the undercooked cold fries, as for times and Temps are dictated from the corporate office. D.Q., is smart enough to correctly cook French fries. An employee, chose to rush things along, serving me overpriced garbage. Fix this problem now. Or This franchise, should lose their restaurant..

I stopped in at this location since it's a block from where I live. The website states that they were open for dine-in, I went in to get an order to take home to eat. The lobby door was open but all of chairs were up on the tables (did look like the lobby was open for dine-in at all). I get home and read all the bad reviews and wonder how this store is still in business with such bad customer service.

I don't quite understand how they get nearly every item in your order wrong and do it consistently but it's an issue that clearly isn't getting resloved any time soon. Even recovery items are incorrect, inexcusable.

Really disappointing. Came through the drive thru this evening and ordered 4 large blizzards $30 in ice cream and they were melted soft missing ingredients that I was charged for and my cups were only 2/3rds full. Wont be returning. Cold Stone Creamery just gained a new customer.

We have had several experiences with cold food and flat drinks. We ordered a chicken strip basket with gravy dipping sauce, and the gravy was sour, congealed, and tasted like fish. The rest of the food tasted quite old.

Absolutely AUTHENTIC WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I went through the drive through last night. My order was so easy. I was told they were out of chocolate Dilly Bars. I've worked at 2 DQ's and I know the Dilly bars are dipped at the restaurant. I was asked to pull ahead, but I couldn't because there were 3 young teens chatting it up with the gal in the drive through. I crawled my way to the window and the kids starting calling my friend and I names...bad names. Then the manager comes to the window and she apologized up and down, however she didn't say a thing to the boys or the employee. The kids stood by the front of my car starting at us. Pretmuch, the manager didn't give 2 f'***s.Drive through girl had 2 inch eyelashes, I hope it doesn't land in anyone's food. BAD BUSINESS!!!!

Great DQ products served here and I think the staff is great. They all seem very young but they do a great job with their customer service. Been here several times and have appreciated the service every time.

Cold fries, added ketchup to my burger despite my recipe saying no ketchup, AND BRUH HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO OPEN THIS ? pay your workers a living wage so they will do their job right please.

Ordered two meals via the drive through. No settings or ketchup were included in the bag. The soda had no syrup. Sauce was not even distributed across bun.
