We love Crave and have gone there several times. The mac and cheese is beyond great. We love the pasta they use, and the sauce is amazing. I always have extra to take home too. Not your grandma's grilled cheese is another favorite. I personally don't understand the bad reviews. It has been so great every time we go we have been completely satisfied and have told management several times. Compared to a lot of places and fast food at the same prices, it is a no-brainer. Thx Crave for our new place!
This was my third time (and last) going to Crave Grille! We had just gotten our drinks and the “manager or owner” comes to our table. Asks how everything is? Looking that we had no food she joked and we did too and she said she would be back to check on things. Saw her several times walking by never checked back on us. Please don’t come to any table in the restaurant business as a manager and tell the customer you will be back to check on them and you don’t!! It’s sad the restaurant hasn’t even replied to my review.(But the table that ordered 6 alcoholic drinks had the manager/owner check on them plenty of times!)Everyone in my party expressed the overwhelming amount of salt/seasoning on the fries and tots. This is the second time this happened to me. Last time the refunded the whole meal. But I didn’t say anything this time. I figured 1 out of 3 good experiences I’ll take business else where. When a waiter tells you he will be back with a refill and it takes more than 5 minutes there’s an issue.
Crave Grille is a special place. I’ve been coming here with my family for close to 5 years now, and Crave has never disappointed.The food? Phenomenal. Incredibly tasty burgers and fries, everything is fresh, and cooked with real care and talent. I love to try whatever their burger of the month is at least once, as their rotation is usually very good and it’s always fun trying new things.The staff? Also fantastic! Really caring group of people. Always seem engaged with whoever they are serving and try to get out orders as quickly and efficiently as possible while also spending time with customers and making sure orders are correct. I’ve never had to send anything back to the kitchen because something was wrong with my order.Definitely go to Crave, order a delicious burger and Cajun Tots, and be transported to a delicious place!
We got the mac and cheese, Irish nachos and 2 burgers well done. Firstly, the mac and cheese was flavorless and the onions were BURNT black. The only flavor was from the bacon...the bacon was cooked well. Secondly, my burger was not well done, more of a medium rare. Lastly, their card reader had preset tip suggestions and the 15% tip suggestion on a $64.46 bill was over $15. This does not seem legal as a 15% tip on this tab would be approximately $9.70. This the second time we've been here and the only reason for a 2 star rating is the cheese sauce with the Irish nachos is bomb. We are very disappointed and will not be returning.
We were in Vancouver Wa for a High School event and wasn’t sure what to eat. We stumbled upon this place and decided to give it a try. It’s a small restaurant that has covered outdoor seating. Glad they did as it was early but already packed with no seating inside. The service was fantastic and the food even better! Next time we’re in Vancouver we’ll definitely be back!
If the stars weren’t up to 5 I would rate this place 100/100!!! You can’t explain how good the food is in words!! I’ve never been to a restaurant where the salads are coated so well with the dressing, not too much and not too little. Favorite dinner spot :)
Probably the top 3 for Mac and Cheese that I’ve had in Vancouver. They use these special noodles and the cheese is so freshly melted and paired with a protein of your choice. The burgers are definitely my choice when I go here - big, juicy burgers and quality hamburger. Strong drinks too which I don’t think anyone can complain about. The customer service is some of the best customer service that I have ever experienced, truly. They go way above and beyond: I will always come back here.
This is my boyfriend and my favorite place, our date night spot. The food is always good, the drinks are pretty decent, but the staff is what makes it the spot we like to drop money on. We absolutely love their wings, they have exceptional sweet potato fries, and ALL their sauces are delicious (sweet chili, blue cheese, ranch). We are always greeted immediately upon walking in, our waiters are attentive and personable, we just love it here.
The burgers are great. The pretzels and cheese are also great. Probably the best I have ever had. My only gripe is that the tables were not cleaned when we sat down. Then he came and cleaned the table with a dirty rag that made the table stink. Small mistake. I would definitely come back. Their menu is small but tasty
My husband and I came here for lunch. He has a traditional burger with a side salad and I had the fish tacos. All of the food was excellent and clearly prepared with thoughtfulness. The Bleu cheese salad dressing is prepared on site and is amazingly good! It has a hint of horseradish in it. The service is just as great as the food. I highly recommend this place!
