I went to the store to redeem a Birthday Bogo email I received from Cold Stone. I ordered two love it birthday cake remixes. I entered my phone number on the kiosk and selected redeem to redeem the bogo. A Birthday Bogo printed out and the cashier "Akina N" rang up my order. I asked her to confirm she got the bogo before running my card and she said she did. I was charged $18.42. I awaited my 2nd item as the male behind the counter forgot I ordered two, he stopped making the next order and made my 2nd item. I then said I wanted to speak to someone about the price and a female by the name of "Bianca" came over. I explained that above and she asked if I entered my number first. I said I entered my phone number, the slip printed and then my card was run. She said she would return my order and then just charge me for one. She said to keep the Birthday Bogo and use it another time. After messing with the machine for nearly five minutes she asked for my card back and said again she returned my order and that it would take 1-2 days for the return to be there. She then charged me for one of my two items. I asked for copies of all of the receipts, she looked and re-looked and looked over multiples slips of paper in front of her for a minute or two. By this time the male came back over and they reviewed and re-reviewed all of the receipts again and she said she couldn't find one for the return and didn't hand me one for the 2nd time my card was run. I assumed all was correct, and left.When reviewing my bank statement, I saw that my order wasn't returning and in fact I was charged 3 times. I spent a total of $44.80 on what was supposed to be a birthday bogo. Now I know why she could find the return receipt.I called the stored and asked for a manager and some girl who answered the phone said they didn't have one and that they only had an "owner". I've attempted to contact the "owner" as well as the corporate office for a refund and no one has responded.If you are going in for a simple order with no coupons, go for it. If you have multiple items or want to use a company issues promotion or have a return, save yourself the headache and go to another location.This location clearly needs better leadership and training. Look at the other reviews about poor customer service.
Shaking my head. My mask broke as I was heading in. I was asking for one and the young man told me he couldn't serve us without one but also didn't have one. What is wrong with the world. Maybe if they are going to require something they will have to realize the cost of doing business is that sometimes masks break.
My 4yr old girl is in tears now because they kicked us out for her not having a mask. I hope the curly haired girl at the check stand feels great about herself. We'll never be back.
Went in about 25-30 min before closing, one girl in the grey sweater did a hand motion like if they were closed, as we came in she kept sweeping infront of the door. When we’re trying to come. None of the four to five workers said hi or made it feel welcome to come In.
Some of the worst customer service I've ever had.. worker with blue hair mostly but everyone else as well.. I tried to ask a simple question and got looked at and talked to like they were so annoyed that I asked .. was rushed thru.. they assumed the toppings I wanted and I didn't get a say so at all.. 20$ for 2 ice creams.. would have been at least ok if the service was at least half good.. but not at all.. I even tried to make convo saying how it looked fun to chopped it all into the ice cream to lighten the mood and vibe and the blue hair girl responded quickly saying no .actually it gets old fast.... wth.. don't worry I won't bother you with my business again.. smh
The ice cream from here was amazing! My husband and I went yesterday and they have seasonal flavors in! About a 10 minute wait because the line was long but that's totally understandable because their ice cream is so good! They were also playing Toby Mac! GREAT clean choice in music. The girls did a great job and thank you for a great music selection as well. God bless.

My ice cream was packed with fresh fruit. It was good. I didn't like the waxy chocolate dip on my waffle bowl, though. A bit pricey but it's meant to be a treat. Lots of customers, probably half were masked up. We can't come back until they enforce the mask mandate (husband is pre-transplant patient) but overall it was okay.
Realizing that it was nearly closing and I'm sure it was hard to work wearing masks. None of the young women were very friendly. Ice cream was good as usual.
Good ice cream joint. But the portions are crazy large. No cheap either. Fab selection of toppings. Ample parking.
