Good, but inconsistent. I’ve ordered the chicken vermicelli bowl 3x, and each time the chicken was cooked differently. The portion sizes are also very small for the price

I was hungry and me and my wife both wanted pho.Seen the big pho sign off Mill Plain and decided to give it a try. Biggest mistake. Lots of attention to uber eats, take out. Nice if you dont like being rushedBy a waiter or server. Pho was 15 bucks one size. Not bubbling hot, not filled to the top, toppings were like baby portions and we were expected to share. I dont think there was an actual cook. Apparently the food seed to have been pre preped and noodles were in a lump on the bottom. The water was good though, hint of lemon. Save yout money and travel further North on the five to Fourth Mill Plain.

I have ordered food here before but never went in. One day I decided to change that. Now I go in once a week on the weekend for coffee and sandwich. The Bahn Mi sandwich is seriously perfect from a crunchy bread to the juicy meat. I always get with extra meat because it's that good. I always get the beef. Between the coffee if you choose the matcha or reg regular Vietnamese Iced you can't go wrong. Any time I have been in the service has always been top notch and on point. Easily one of the most welcoming and friendliest places around. If you haven't been it's a must go. Hands down my favorite Sandwich in Vancouver.

Cute small place, have been coming here for awhile, the drinks are the best, never have complaints about anything I have ordered. The pho is full of lots of flavors. Delicious! 10 out of 10

The strawberry milk tea was SO good! And I’ve had Milk tea all over the worlds (Including when I lived in Beijing). The veggie rolls with the sauce were also very yummy! Definitely recommend!!

This place is amazing! The staff is very polite and helpful. There was an ingredient shortage and the employee was very apologetic and helped us find something else to order. I love the atmosphere! Thank you Cloud 9!

Wanted to try out this place for Pho and it was just "OK" nothing to fancy. We ate inside and it is very small place. The place is more equip for take out orders. The employees were more worried about taking take out orders that the services were very slow. The prices for Pho is expensive $15 a bowl that was medium. If you don't mind paying $15 and picking up food for home I guess try this place.

So happy with the new management, this place used to be bad. Now they have this whole new drink menu where you can have many unique and delicious drinks, they sell guava pastries time to time and they are awesome! Their Bánh Mì sandwiches have this buttery sauce to it, which makes it delicious, and their Pho has finally changed into something better. Also the way the way they updated the interior is so pretty now!

I would like to be reviewing this place as top notch, but in this occasion I cannot. That being said.. I have no complaints about the food itself. The dishes are deliciously prepared by old school cooks that know authentic Thai cuisine. This time on my visit to pick up a Doordash Delivery ( Great side Job). The young man whom helped me was touching his face and blowing his nose in a well used tissue he polled from his pocket right in the front area behind the counter in plain view.. He was about to handle the food boxes for my order.I had to stop him and ask twice that he would wash his hands. The food was untouched . But I don't know if it was a continuous problem or a one time fluke.. Sorry . Food is always great, but the yoong man's personal hygiene in a restaurant setting was unprofessional and unsettling.

The bahn mi and sesame rolls (that they just discontinued) are good but their peanut sauce is the worst tasting thing I have ever had. It’s also very runny, I don’t know if they put garlic and horseradish in it but I taste those two ingredients and it makes my stomach turn. I can’t have their salad rolls which is sad cause I generally love salad rolls in general but not without a good peanut sauce.
