This place seems hit and miss.We ordered ahead recently and got a weak serving.I feel like the staff wouldn’t have tried to serve this up if we’d been watching them prepare the meal.They’re acting like the ingredients are being deducted from their pay.
This is probably the worst Chipotle I've ever been to. I get chipotle a lot, and this one has terrible service. When I order online, 100% of the time my order is incorrect. Additionally, the food is almost always bad. I've been to this one about 10 times since moving to the area, and only one time was decent. The meat is always super fatty. More fat than actual meat. They are constantly out of basic items like chips. They are often times late on their deliveries of online orders. I love chipotle, and just with this place kicked it up a notch.
Stopped in for a quick bite to go and I was in, out and on my way in under 15 minutes. The bowl was great, service was very friendly, I would eat here again for sure. I have always liked Chipotle and today was no exception! For a quick in and on your way meal I would suggest hands down! Thank you!!
If you are going to read any review - READ THIS ONE. I wish I had read reviews first before having a truly horrendous experience at this location. Do yourself a favor and drive a few miles to another location. You might actually get a decent human taking your order and you might actually receive your food sooner than the 50 minutes I waited for mine. True mystery how any of these humans have jobs.
Compliments to the chef. All the ingredients were cooked to perfection. The babrboca melted in my mouth. The cheese is only rivaled by the cheese found in Wisconsin. Overall the best meal I've had in years. The lettuce was chopped as if done by a Japanese katana and don't even get me started on the corn salsa! Every person there complimented me as if I were a king. If I could rate them a 6 out of 5 I would! BRAVO!
We love coming to this chipotle! My wife has celiac disease and any cross contamination extremely affects her and this place is safe for her to eat. I appreciate the customer service and support of supervisors (I believe there’s two different supervisor) and their team when we/ I go in to order food and they have a great gluten free protocol in place it’s incredible. Before jumping in line I’ll let the supervisor know that I’ll be needing the Gluten-free protocol and when it was my turn to order they clean their counters, change out all spoons/tongs or for the items we’re wanting, get new cheese and lettuce, and wash their hands/ change gloves. Every time we go we know this is a safe place and we’re thankful for the chipotle team to do this protocol. I’m detailed on this review so that other celiac disease/gluten free individuals know this is a safe place to eat and to ask for the gluten-free protocol. We’re coming back for sure!
I am a delivery driver. And the folks here are great. 99% of the time my order is ready when I arrive. Only once in a while do I have to wait. And then Only a few minutes at the most
So disappointing. No one else was there, and I had to explain everything no less than three times for EVERY choice. I would start explaining what I wanted, and he would turn to talk to other employees.I ordered a Veggie bowl with brown rice (did not even cover the bottom of the bowl), mixed beans, roasted vegetables, and everything but the hot sauce and double guacamole. All together, it does not even come to the top rim of the bowl, and the guacamole is already brown.Prices have gone up, so I guess that means less food. 2.55 for an extra small scoop of guacamole is ridiculous.I am so disappointed. Over 11.00 for my bowl and hardly any food and customer service was so bad on this visit that I might find a different location from now.
This was my first time at Chipotle and I am still in chock the awesome service I got. I put in my order and told them I was splitting half and micro the other half tomorrow. This is what they did. Put together another bowl and separate toppings so now I have enough food for four days. Sons, you need to come over. By the way, I was only charged for one bowl. I have NEVER had this kind of service.
I’ve always had issues with this particular chipotle but tonight was bad enough to where I will never be eating from this chipotle again. I ordered online and asked for double streak double rice and light sour cream.When I opened it half this bowl was covered in sour cream there was barely any meat and when I took a bite the rice was hard. The amount of sour cream on this was enough to where I couldn’t eat it.I don’t know what’s going on with this chipotle but I’ve never had good service here and I think I’m done giving second chances to a store that at this point I’m convinced is deliberately messing up customer orders .
