I am a regular for lunch here. A good family-busy buffet restaurant. Nothing fancy. Good value. Salt and Pepper Squid is usually available, as are standard Asian buffet dishes. Never had a bad lunch (although with "all you can eat" sometimes ate too much). Will be back.

Food is typical Chinese buffet fare. Everything was fresh and well stocked. Loved the honey chicken, crispy and sweet. The lady running the register was so nice. We had to be seated away from the crowd because we have a heart transplant in our household (immunosuppressed) and she made sure we had a spot we were comfortable with. Our only complaint is we had to flag someone down for refills but it was the Sunday church crowd so it was busy. We will visit again soon.

I really wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt, however it wasn't good at all. We went there at about 4pm and the food was just old and hard. Maybe if it was my first ever experience with Chinese food and didn't know any better I would give it more stars, but I expect it to at least be somewhat edible. Their sushi rice was so overcooked it couldn't even soak up soy sauce and the bbq pork was a puck. And as we were paying the waitress actually suggested we tip $10! Thats a 25% tip when they never even refilled our water! I gave $2 and will never go back again. Health department definitely needs to pay them a visit because someone is going to get food poisoning eating there.

Sorry but If I could give you less than 1 star I'm sure I will do.The food was nasty:Cold, some to salty or unsalty. The tables are dirtyMy children said: "at least the water was good". To expensive and the service was bad. We wait for about 20 minutes for nothing. We are disappointed ?

When I was in town 3 years ago I rated this place only 3 stars.. Today I ate on a Thursday evening at 6:30 PM. To be honest, I struggle to give it 2 stars. The buffet with one diet Pepsi was $19.80. I waited a very long time for my drink after the wrong drink was brought to me the 1st time. The tea that was given to me by accident and cups were taken off of my table and given to the proper table instead of bringing them new tea and cups. The buffet does not have any flavorable quality to it. The sauces on the chicken tasted like cheaply flavored corn syrup. These items and the others I tried just didn't taste like anyone cooking like they wanted to put out the best product that they could. I barely ate half of my plate my plate and I mainly only ate 1/2 of the rice. I'm sorry, but I cannot recommend eating here for a good experience.

The staff were really nice, and they had a lot of good Chinese buffet options. I especially liked all the seafood: clams, mussels, crab legs, salt and pepper squid and shrimp, etc. It was a little less than clean, but it was also the end of a Saturday night. I knocked off one star because it was a little pricey for what it is.

It's a good meal to have if you very hungry it's all you can eat and some good Asian inspired food. It's a tad on the sweat side but that's about the only complaint I have. There chicken skewers are amazing. Overall a good experience.

We generally celebrate Christmas Day with Chinese but because of conflicting schedules, we had to celebrate prior to Christmas Day. This place always seems to be busy & thought we’d give it a shot. I ordered through the Yelp app but for pick up. Arrived 15 mins early & was told it wasn’t ready & I needed to wait…10 mins after the pick up time, I was still waiting. Got my order & took home to my family of 5 (4 adults & preteen)…Crab puffs were good but chicken teriyaki skewers were dry. The food overall was okay but hot. It was around $80 which isn’t too bad…give it a shot to see what you think…we will keep exploring other Chinese options in Vancouver….

Omg the food here was so good and delicious and fresh. There's certain foods here that I wouldn't try but they made it taste good. Great spacing as well. Pricing is my favorite thing about it also, it just in everyone's budget. And if your nice to them there nice back. So don't be entitled and respect them. Thank you!

If you're a freedom living American this is not the restaurant for you. This is the second time I have been here they were rude both times but this time followed us to make sure we were wearing masks properly. Save your money.
