Food is better than the average fast food, but it's a bit pricey, regardless of inflation. Miss the old Burgerville... Still decent.
I've noticed that they are becoming more unprofessional about how they are handling problems a few times in a row of going there.Like making mistakes with orders by not listening, reading back, not even a total. And when we returned to get our shake order fixed they just say here you go, we are giving you a free shake. Not even asking us what kind we would like. And on top of that screwing up that same shake order we went back for, again..twice!. We never got what we ordered, but 2 shakes of what we did not want, 1 free. We just frustratingly left. Giving someone a free shake which was another mistake they made from somebodys elses order that they did not want to waste. The other time..the lady said "we will see what we can do, we are a bit busy" when I asked for my gluten free but to be toasted twice and explained to her they get soggy easily and it's gross. Really? You are paying for their food and they suggest tip jars. But yet they are NOT preparing it how you would like it and making it their choice how you will get it. Prices are raising as so is Bad Service with Bad Attitude. $15hr, asking for tips and behaving like that in the drive thru. Wow!
These shouldn’t be called fries. They should be called boils. Because I assume that’s how they cook them at this point. Absolutely soaking wet
We had a problem. One of our orders wasn't heard. This caused my daughter to get her meal about the time everyone else was done. No receipt was given. next time we will ask for our order to be read back.
They said they dropped my fish for my sandwich. I was so happy they took the time to remake it and let me know what happened (No one wants to admit they messed up on someone’s food). Everyone that I have ever come into contact with at this location has all been stellar! I have never had foreign object debris (FOD) in my food here (unlike every other place I’ve eaten in town).You won my business now and into the future. I consider all these things when picking a place to eat. Management please reward your staff for being a consistently honest and so caring. Having one good day is easy, being consistent everyday is hard work and it shows!
Fry's cold out of the window unacceptable!!! Called and was offered a gift card..um how about hot food? Not a happy customer!
Use to be good food at a reasonable price. Quality has gone way down as well as price has been inflated substantially.
My experience was wonderful, I am glad they finally opened up their lobby, the inside is spotless and my server, Lindsay, was absolutely wonderful. I will be coming to this location more often. Only caveat is the amount of pickles on a single hamburger but otherwise flawless.
Their new burger is smaller than a double cheese and tasted like wet newspaper.
It doesn't seem to matter what time of day, they always take forever to complete an order. Fries are always soggy; it's overpriced across the board.
