Ordered a strawberry bliss shake with no whip and they gave me a raspberry bliss with cream.. not what I wanted. I didn’t drink it either because i find the raspberry one overly sweet. Also this is not the first time I ask for no whip and get whip…

Little expensive for a drive thru place but delicious! If happen to be around during Strawberry season the local Strawberry milkshake was the best Strawberry milkshake I have ever had.

Burgerville’s food has always met expectation. Today, we decided to stop by and order a classic burger and fries with a strawberry shake. We were greeted by the team with all smiles and kindness. The team was so nice, and brought over this coloring book to our son, and offered him a balloon that he had pointed out, this is a simple act of going above and beyond which made us feel welcome and at home. They even have a dedicated kids corner, that was perfect for our son.I strongly believe that your team is your greatest asset. This team today, met and exceeded all possible expectations. Thank you

The customer service at the front counter was great and the food I was served was delicious. Can’t complain about the fries one bit and my burger was perfectly cooked. The only downside was the Dr. Pepper from the right hand side soda dispenser in the lobby tasted terrible but at least they had Barq’s root beer which I like just as much, I got that front the soda dispenser on the left hand side right next to the other one and it tasted just right.

Expects tips but doesn't listen very well at the drive through. I said my order fout times and they still got it wrong. And very expensive fir the quality. And no napkins. None. I used to love Burgerville but I may never go back again.

Paid $35 and tipped.. only got 1 of 4 sauces.. Even asked twice to make sure they got it. Didn’t find out until my girlfriend is asking where all the sauce went. The one sauce was hidden at the bottom of the bag

I'm from Bend so this was my first time trying Burgerville, and I'm hooked! Will be a consistent road trip stop for sure. The garlic aioli is to die for.

The drive thurs attendant was a very nice lady. She had blue hair which I was admiring. Thanks for feeding me.

What was Vancouver's pride in local hamburger joints Burgerville, it is still sad to see it go down the dump like it is. This is hard to witness especially when I personally have reached out to management with 2 very level headed emails of concerns. Not once have they responded to them. There has been several threads on social media where the past and few present customers chimed in saying exactly what my emails of concern were, terrible French fries, the burger patties are as thin as a DVD, the cheese is now thrown on top of burger just before it gets wrapped in paper which is gross as heck. A cold piece of cheese just thrown on top has not been the Burgerville way! If we truly wish they would look at some of those social media threads and taken to consideration consideration it is the customers that are usually right and it is sad to see burgerville going down the way it is. I actually have a few suggestions that I truly believe could boost Burgerville back to the top again like #1 lose the smelly foul tasting fries #2 cook the burgers without shortcuts #3 bring back the Lime frosty #4 bring back the Ham & cheese sandwich. Now there's my last attempt at trying to reach anyone of importance at Burgerville headquarters.PS. Iam in my 60s and grew up next to the very first Burgerville #1 and had been a loyal customer for over 5 decades and yes things do change but not always for the better as is the case here. I no longer patronize this establishment going on 2 years now.

This location should not be in business, every single time we order a burger here there is a mistake. I am not someone to complain, ever, my husband works in restaurants, and I work retail, we understand that mistakes happen, and that customers are NOT always right, but the people that work here either do not know how to listen, or purposefully make these mistakes. The final straw was this morning when we requested to add cheddar to a burger, there was none when we recieved it, when we brought it to attention of the guy working he NO JOKE handed us a piece of cold cheddar, well actually 2 pieces to "make up for it" we were practically dumbfounded, how can you not laugh at that? I asked "you really aren't going to remake this?" His answer was blatantly "no." Managament needs to do something, stop passing the consequences of your failure to pay good wages, and train decent employees, on to the customer.
