Tried the Nothwest burger and waffle fries. The portion size was small, the burger needed some salt. Other than that the service was good. The glass patio setting is beautiful to sit and enjoy your meal.
I stop every time I go through the area.Great burgers, really good fries and killer shakes. When in season the have Walla Walla onion rings that are outstanding. Also when they are in season, they have fresh berry shakes that we always get.
Super frustrating to spend almost $3 for a quick cheeseburger and to get it dry without any sauces on it that have always come with it.Edit: I appreciate the attentiveness of the owner and their response to the problem and will swing in at some point and give it another shot.Edit#2: Went back and got pretty much the same service with a strawberry shortcake and #6 burger. Nothing like what is represented and basically only half the cup is full for $4 with almost no ice cream. Very disappointing and won't be back.
I enjoy their food, and they have great shakes. But the wait times are terrible. Not somewhere I expect to grab something quickly.
When I last visited there was no indoor dining allowed. I really enjoy their classic cheeseburger and waffle fries which are fantastic with their awesome tartar sauce. I enjoy their tartar sauce so much I emailed them inquiring as to whether or not a jar of it was available for sale like their spread is. I was impressed with the quick response(the answer was no)I received. I'd like to note that their burgers stand up well to being reheated in the microwave should you have leftovers.
We do like Burgerville in general (the service is always friendly and the black bean burger is tasty enough), and they do try to minimize plastic (as the sign notes). But why on earth buy chicken from Tyson Corp, which has a TERRIBLE record of animal treatment? Why so much pride in using local bakeries and other small food purveyors and then buy from the mammoth Tyson? There's a really good Fortune Magazine article "Many Companies Are Treating Their Chickens Better. Why Isn't Tyson?" that lays it all out. I think Burgevrille, as a trusted PNW food chain, can do better than getting chicken from a big conglomerate in Arkansas. As a decades-long customer, I look forward to local and humane next time.
Definitely have not embraced the indoor dining. I was not given the option other than a bag. Food took awhile and then forgot my shake.Place was nice and clean though. Also discovered the menus differ, a bit, between Washington and Oregon.
Not a good day for a burgerville review!Very disappointed!Went to the second window, the young lady said nothing to me, put the card machine out for me to pay, I paid and left a big tip she said nothing but took the next order, No smile nothing.Drove to the last window to get my order,Waited for what seemed forever for the window to open to receive my order. Not a happy group. My food tasted OK but was cold. This isn't the first time my food has been cold.
In the words of my nephew, the coconut bliss milk shake is the closest you can get to a milkshake when you find out you can't have dairy. And, I love the gluten-free bean burger on a gluten-free bun. For families that have food sensitivities, this is a great place.
I picked up a lunch if bacon cheeseburger, waffle fries and a caramel milkshake.Drove 3 blocks. It was all the same temperature cold.No flavor to the food very bland. Not going back.Used to praise this chain it was fantastic.
