Usually BV is very good but we had the strawberry shortcake and the biscuit was so hard I couldn't cut through it with the plastic spoon. A little disappointing.

The food is tasty it’s just unreal how expensive they are for such small portions

Fries had many burned ends and portions were ridiculously small. When I inserted my credit card, there were notes taped to the card reader coercing a "tip" up to 20%. Really??? For what? For just taking my order at a counter? Tips are for service!Hate to give a bad report, but we will never go there again.

The server named Summer is amazing at costumer service made our first time at BurgerVill lovely and we will definitely be back in the future. P.S. the food is really good too and the portions are worth the price

I had the Pacific Northwest Cheeseburger basket with a 12 oz hazelnut milkshake on my way to Issaquah, Washington. The milkshakes at Burgerville alone are worth every penny.

So I decided to give this burgerville another try after not going here for 2 years, and to my surprise the food was fresh hot and even the fries were hot, it's a stop we're friendly and helpful. And I will be coming back again. Drive-thru had a long line, but it went really fast. This was definitely a five-star experience.

Overall, excellent friendly stimulated service. Lowest priced item was $5.49-- a jr sized hamburger with little hope of competition with similar priced Burger King, Mac, or Wendy's. I guess we all came for the cold brewed 12 oz shake $5.12 tax included. Ouch... And tipping starts at15% for putting items in sack. Don't come here from poor country.

Over priced for current quality of food. It's the same frozen product everyone else has. It used to be a much higher quality food, and that I do not mind paying for. This product has gone to the bottom of quality standards. I expect much better for this cost.

I love Burgerville. Their food doesn't look and taste like it was produced at a fast food place. Looks more like a restaurant. Their fresh shakes are far too good, just like the rest of the food. Staff is friendly and efficient. Wholeheartedly recommend that you go there!

$3.30 per piece, got 3 pieces ???. I thought they were joking so I drove back through, no turns out they were serious ???. I got a refund because that is insane price gouging. McDonald’s chicken nugget is the same size!!!!
