Got the Halibut sandwich and the cold brew bliss shake. I mainly came here to say that this is the best way to drink cold brew. My mouth wants one of those a day but my wallet does not agree with that idea. The sandwich was good but a typical fast food sandwich.

Had the No. 6 Burger. Cooked it exactly the way I wanted it and the Hazelnut Shake was delicious!

If I'm paying $10 for a "premium" fast food meal (not including the tips they're pushing, even in the drive through), I expect a little more than a dry burger with a stale bottom bun and green tomato. This place used to be one of my favorites, and I would gladly recommend it to out of town folks. Not anymore. It seems like the quality of ingredients has declined, and they don't live up to the value expected of one of the most expensive fast food burger places in the region. I didn't give a 1* because the waffle fries were fresh and pretty good.

Although its been years since I considered myself part if the Burgerville family, I still have my cravings. I love this location because of the team work. They are always working hard together and communicating, and they all have smiles on their faces. Good job team!

I understand that it was late when we went through the drive thru, the cheeseburgers are always amazing, but the fries ? worst ever, they must have been sitting for awhile, soaked in grease, WAY OVER DONE. I know how it is when you're close to closing and you get that last minute customer, but you still need to make sure they get the best quality when they leave. Was not very happy

Hands down greatest milkshakes ever. Burgers also tasted great, along with fries, all high quality, delicious, and well made. 10/10

The Halibut is great

employees are friendly and the food tastes great! i usually have a pretty ridiculous order and they're always super helpful in getting me something that i like. whenever a mistake has been made on my order they've fixed it super quick, and has overall been a great experience here.-small problem:when ordering online, the text box at the bottom of the order only allows for 20~ characters and is never enough. doesn't have to much impact but seems like it would be a simple fix

Last time I commented on the soggy fries and they got crispy the way should be, but now they are getting soggy again. Drive-through is too rushed my order was wrong, I ordered a bean burger and I got a small hamburger and was COLD. Training should be better, repeat orders when ordering and when executing. I don't like the huge tip button on the card reader. Why do consumers have to pay tips prior to services rendered. When your service was less than par and it's self service how does that make sense. It's a drive-through!

Burgerville used to be known for high quality food (I thought). I don't often eat there because their prices are higher than other options & I don't like paying over $10 for fast food meal. I stopped there this time because my wife likes it.IMO the burgers were mediocre and a bit dry, the tomatoes on the burger weren't even red, kind pale in-between green & ripe...and tasteless & sliced so thin they didn't add moisture. The fries were limp and greasy, tasted overcooked, but not crisp. How can they botch a basic fast food meal they have been "perfecting" for years? Thinking either the bean counters must be implementing cost saving measures, or the staff is all new do to the geat COVID resignation. Will not pay extra to eat here any time soon.
