ABSOLUTELY # 1 Burgerville in the chain. All of the staff had top notch customer service, which is difficult to find these days. Daniel was courteous, quick and accurate with our order. (I really customize my order) Anytime we've been here he ALWAYS wears a great smile. Management was positive and hands on when needed. Sam was caring and encouraging to guests and coworkers. Would highly recommend this location can't say enough about the staff and the food as always was FRESH, HOT and DELICIOUS.
Sure wish they carried their wonderful strawberry shortcake all year long!The staff has always been very friendly, eager to please and I very much appreciate that kind of attitude these days!
Ordered a hamburger with extra spread. The burger was lukewarm , at best. Spread was all over the outside of the bun! The prices they charge are WAY above other fast food places. I expect my order to be top shelf....very disappointed!! Grew up here so I have been going to Burgerville for years. NOT what it used to be.
I went through the drive thru. Didn't have to wait long and my order was complete and delicious as always! I got the regular Cheeseburger because I love their secret sauce! And the Oregon Strawberry shake was perfect with my meal.
Its not nearly as good as it used to be. The burgers are always pink in the middle... and the cashier suggested adding a tip again. Tip for what?? It's handed in a paper bag. A tip is gratuity for exemplary service. I haven't gotten that from a Burgerville in decades. I won't be back.
Two friends and I stopped on after seeing they had strawberry short cake. The wait staff was friendly, helpful and courteous. Fish and chips on kids menu and the strawberry shortcake with ice cream was good.
The meat here is less salty than at other fast food restaurants. If you’re craving that, ask the worker for a salt packet.
I just worked a long day and just wanted a quick easy dinner. I used the burgerville app for the first time today to get my order quick and I must of messed up on the location cause when I got there they said they didn't have my order. The lady that helped me ( I wish I got her name!! Believe she had red hair? Lol) she was so freaking awesome! She took care of it for me. The food is ALWAYS fresh and hot. This is my go to restaurant from here on out!!
My son just started working his first job and took me here for Mother's Day...it was amazing!!I have loved Burgerville since moving to Washington State 34 years ago!
Our own local fat food biz, a SW Washington icon. We went to get the seasonal year strawberry shortcake. Didn't disappoint. Be forewarned, the biscuit is *not a mushy piece of some cake, it's truly a biscuit. So a bit harder than you might be used to but worth the effort. Strawberries not overly sweetened. Typed with soft serve ice cream.Staff is very polite and professional, not just a bunch of HS kids slogging thru a minimum wage shift. Be kind, leave a tip.
