We had a great time. The staff were attentive and kind, and did a great job getting our orders right. Our waiter took time to help me use my app points and get everything I wanted. Our food was delicious and promptly brought to us. I'll definitely return.
Took my son and daughter in law there for lunch. It was super expensive and unfortunately it was cold when we got it. The great part of it was our servers and the 2 young boys learning how to wait tables. They were great kids and I was so happy to see them learning life lessons and not being rude and not on damn electronic devices. We were so impressed that I made sure each of them got a tip. Super impressed with what BWW is doing to help young kids learn skills.
Food was fresh and tasty, but they are mask snobs. GIANT sign at the door. No mask no entry we were told. Our server was cool though and didn't give a rip. It was just the young host at the door, but it starts with management and corporate.
Christina was our waitress, she gave us excellent customer service and was very kind and genuine. Just a great person. I had to tell her manager how great she was, even her manager Melissa was awesome. Great experience....
I cannot rave enough about this location! They happily accommodated our large group (21) for my teenagers birthday and took excellent care of us!!! The service was friendly and prompt and the food was good. Props to our server, Zach. He took good care of us, even when he got busy.
Pretty good experience most of the time. Food is always right and comes out timely. Love their tap beers. Melissa is a fantastic server, definitely ask for her!
As a cook, how the hell do you look at a FEATHERED WING, toss it in the fryer, take it out, toss it in sauce and then serve it? Are the people in the kitchen blind? And to put the bow on it, the waitress forgot my fries.
Don't usually leave bad reviews. But the past 4-5 togo orders have been all screwed up. Either missing sides or something else. Usually order online. This last time online ordering as not valid so had to call. Got the food and one of the wings only had sauce on 2 of the 10 pieces. In person there is usually no issues. But togo is a JOKE
We didn’t have a mask in our car, we asked them for one since we didn’t have one. The hostess was so rude and wouldn’t seat us. There were a lot of empty seats we would quickly sit down and take off our mask either way, didn’t want to seat us because we didn’t have a face mask and wouldn’t even provide them? I’m pregnant and had to run to the car with and stand in the pouring rain trying to find one. If you require masks at least provide them for people that don’t have one, like most places.
I have really loved this Buffalo Wild Wings for many years. Since it was built, actually. But a few years ago they ripped out the booths and put in little plastic and wood tables and they changed the way they make their regular wings. It's just not comfortable to watch football here anymore. Or even come for food. The celery is soggy and the ends of the celery sticks have begun to decay and they still serve them anyway. The wings aren't fabulous like they used to be. They're very below average and most of them don't even have sauce on them. Such a shame 'cause this was one of my all time favorite places!
