I went to check it out on a Friday morning and decided I wanted to dine in. Was there about 30 minutes after they opened. There two ladies waiting to be seated. They were sitting, eating some sticky buns. I asked if they were waiting and they said they were so they were given the buns to compensate for the wait. I sat for another 5 minutes. No one said hello or asked if I was waiting for a table. A gentleman who worked there went right over to the two ladies and handed them drinks - to further compensate for the wait. Said nothing to me. So I decided to go out and order from the express stand. Ordered a breakfast sandwich and a butter croissant. Waited probably 20 minutes for a sandwich. The sandwich was tasty, but 20 minutes for ONE sandwich? AND no one said hello or asked if I wanted a table. Probability of going back is low.
New favorite brunch spot! They were super kind at accommodating my food allergies too! (Dairy, gluten, eggs) they even had a vegan pastry at their outdoor grab and go. Super cute! Amazing staff. Delicious food! Will be making this a regular spot!
God I love this place. I would give 7/5 stars if I could. I come here often, it’s my favorite way to start the day. A little latte and croissant action, maybe a pastry if I’m feeling cheeky. Definitely my favorite bakery I’ve ever been to. Top notch quality, friendly service, convenient pick up window, and love that I can order from their app and swing by when it’s ready.
Loved the place. The customers coming in and the people sitting while I was waiting for my table were not very friendly, which is sad. I have noticed that about Vancouver, since I moved here from Arizona last summer. Guess I was used to Zonis' always smiling and talking to anyone everywhere you went. I had the biscuit with gravy and scrambled eggs delish?
Really tasty treats on the bakery side. Can't wait to try the full breakfast options. Really busy on a weekend.
First time here and got a say I loved it. Beautiful place and good food with friendly staff. However, the raspberry cake sponge layer was dry and definitely not a favorite. Fries are delicious and seasoned well.

Everything was delicious! I'd never had beignets before. Oh so yummy! The special, pork belly Benedict was so good!!
There's no wifi, and though they have delicious looking pastries, you are not allowed to sit indoors in their restaurant space to eat them!?! Pastries and coffee must be consumed outdoors or to go only, apparently, no sitting inside and enjoying yourself. How incredibly frustrating! I came here to treat myself to something nice for my birthday this morning. I was planning on sitting and sipping a specialty drink, having a yummy pastry or bread pudding, and catching up on a little work before heading in to the office, but apparently none of those things are allowed here. Ruined my morning. What a disappointment this was.
Was in town for a business trip and looking for a good Sunday morning breakfast. The Bleu door bakery did not disappoint! We ordered the beignets, french toast and the fresh veggie hash, split between two of us. All were super tasty but the french toast on challah bread won it for me. Service was great and only waited about 10 minutes for a table. They also had a lot of good looking bakery items but we were so full at the end we didn't have room to get anything else. Highly recommend this place!
