Cashiers/Barista's are SUPER RUDE at this location. Theres also no way for you to call and complain so I just quit going to this location. If I want a pile of attitude with my coffee, I'll go have it with my kids amd it wont cost my 10 bucks. ??♀️
This is a great coffee shop. The staff are friendly, service is prompt, the prices are reasonable and the coffee is great.I’m a fan of the hot white mocha, it’s always good.This spot has a nice atmosphere. It’s a good place for a casual catch up with a friend.

Bought 2 large hot coffees, I noticed they were medium and when I asked they assured me it was a large.Fed up I left to get my husband to work.I dropped my husband off at work and had to drive back because my drink was wrong and bitter/burnt.It tasted exactly the same when they “remade it”but this time it was actually in a large cup, I brought up the fact that I had paid for 2 large drinks and they gave me 2 mediums and the girl simply said “sorry bout that” and walked away dismissively so I couldn’t talk to her anymore.I sincerely do not appreciate how entitled this barista was and they need name tags so we can complain about the individual rather than the store as a whole.

This was hard for the full covid shut down in higher stages.Black Rock Coffee has the best in multiple mixed drinks-coffee drinks and other infused ideas.They have an indoor space which many are simply drive thru.It was closed last year and has reopened. Drive thru exists but I don't have a car. You get credits for every purchase if you join their free rewards and after the 10th you get a treat of your choice drink wise.I am 2 blocks away.Love it.

I highly recommend! They have amazing tea and amazing desserts. Amazing selection of teas. Great service and it’s such a unique spot. Has great seating! Amazing for a date or a place to hang out with friends. 10/10
Ordered 2 fuels on DoorDash, one slushy one regular. Both had syrups added. They sent me plain Fuel with no syrup. Got a full refund from DD and threw that nasty ish in the garbage where it belongs.
