Customer service wasn't great. The barista who served us was too wrapped up in her conversation with her coworker to say much to us. Kinda rude. Coffee was fine.
I ordered a decaf white Mocha this morning and whoever made my drink, made the caffeinated version! Due to this error, I got sick at work. I am NOT to have caffeine! You people need to take it seriously, when someone orders a decaf beverage you MUST make sure it's decaf! People have medical conditions and it can cause serious problems. This is absolutely unacceptable. I have contacted customer service support about this. This was my first visit to Blackrock Coffee and it will be my last.

Wow wow wow wow! That one girl with all that energy really adds to the experience of this BR. She is just absolutely funny, humor 10/10! She is just a little jokester. We even love the same song “die for you”. I’m definitely coming backOh and great coffee, taste like the glimpse of heaven. Each drink is like a little sunrise/sunset action. Thank you BR for truly making my mornings:)
Lil tricky navigating this drive-thru in comparison to others, but you'll get it. Excellent service & AMAZING coffee baristas! Highly recommend.

Friendly staff. Hot coffee. Freshly Made!I frequent Black Rock because of loyalty program, products, and friendly service. None of other 2 major coffee house offer you anything.
Placed my order, they asked if I wanted to tip and I said to add $1.00. She took it upon heself to tip more than I was providing and straight up stole money from me! Makes me wonder how many times she has done this and with how many customers??! Keep your eye on your bank account! Can't be trustedcoffee tasted burnt and overly sweet. This location has always been the worst... try Salmon Creek or The BR on Andresen by Home Depot.
