Great experience! Very welcoming and friendly staff as well as clean and tidy building.Bowling lanes are well oiled and have good lighting, shoes are sterilized, arcade games are entertaining, and music is good. The only thing I can complain about is the music being to loudI often come here with my family and we enjoy bowling and gaming together, however if you have sensitive ears or tend to get overwhelmed easily, I would recommend looking into smaller bowling alleys.

Best place to go bowling in Vancouver. Also great place for kids to play arcade games to win prizes. My other favorite thing is their Vegas style sports bar with large big screen tvs and a large food menu. I recommend the pizza and the steak bites.

One of my favorite places to have fun with family or friends in the Vancouver area! I tend to come here a couple of times a year. Since I am a horrible bowler, I'm usually just in the alley for the company. It's fun to watch the people I care about bowl, and eat some good food while spending time with them. It is a bit expensive, especially for the quality of the food you get, but still worth it overall. The main point of interest for me is the arcade. It's a pretty good size, has a nice variety of games, and is fairly priced. Big Al's gets quite crowded sometimes, especially during weekends, and the whole establishment is noisy (my ears usually hurt after I leave), but that's expected from a place like this, so I can't really complain. It's maintained relatively quickly for the amount of people who pass through it, if I'm being honest. I bet I'll keep coming here a couple of times a year like I typically do.

Awesome place for the family! I love the eating area. The grown ups can chill while the kids play in the arcade and they can run in and check in. Quality food, lots of options. Lots of games and bowling lanes. It’s fun during big games or fights!

I used to enjoy coming here… food was decent and reasonably priced. Came tonight and they have enacted a new policy where you have to close out/pay for each time you order something. We ordered a drink… weren’t ready to order food just yet and the server informed us we had to pay for the drinks and THEN he would come back when we were ready to order food and we would have to pay again.Plus the cost of a sandwich starts at about $16.Will NEVER come back here again.

I watch you when you bowl, you may not see me, but know that I’m in the walls and I see you.

Had a 5 year olds birthday party here and they didn’t disappoint. Fun, great service, food and drinks were perfect, and the space was large and clean. Staff had everything we needed and more. Kids couldn’t have loved it more.

Never been here before, so maybe I am here for the wrong reasons, but the food was disappointing. We ate in the restaurant section. The atmosphere was fun but the service and food is mediocre.Ordered using the QR code on the table after waiting for service to come take our order. I guess we should have already know that. Condiments along with silverware is self serve at a condiment kiosk.Ordered the side of Mac and Cheese and it came out cold. Asked for another and it came out cold again. I asked whatever employee I could find to stick their finger in the food to feel how cold it was and they said they didn't need to because they believed me. Management refunded my money for the food.I've had better service and food at regular bowling alley. For the prices I expected a lot more.

This place is very okay. The dining room is very non-traditional. It is not full service, but looks like it should be. The food was very okay as well. It tasted fine, but not super warm. Additionally, I ordered one or their specialty drinks, and it didn't come with the candy on top, that was mentioned in the menu.As for the rest of the building, the arcade is very small, and definitely geared more towards children. I really want a Dave and Busters style place here, where I can drink and play games. This place is not quite it.The bowling sections are pretty nice though.

We had the worst service ever here unfortunately. I'd recommend just playing games instead if eating here. The food is outrageously priced for what you get. We waited over a hour for a dry hamburger and clubhouse sandwich with more bread than meat. We also tried calling repeatedly because of a overcharge and could never get through. Management used to be great including staff and food. Unfortunately maybe because of pandemic it is no longer the case. Lost a loyal customer.
