This place is in the mall in a food court. Not accessible from outside. Second story. That being said, don't walk, RUN to this place. It's amazing. Noodles made right there in front of you. The beef was amazing. My mom got chicken and it was okay but my beef which was stewed in a broth was fantastic. Only con is the lack of meat. Pretty small amount of meat, also you have to pay for veggies.

Man. I wanted to love this place. The high ratings were hopeful. Yes. The noodles are homemade. They are the ONLY saving grace and why I gave this a 2-star rating. Cooked, they’re super chewy however and the spices were dry that created a weird crunch. Almost like chewing on sand. The most horrifying thing was seeing the woman take the already cooked chicken breast that was sitting under covers, put it back on the cooktop. She then went into the back and retrieved several pieces of raw chicken, and put it right next to the pieces that were going to be ours. I watched her take the same spatula she used for the raw chicken, press down on the now way overcooked chicken that was going into our dish. The health hazards of this practice are not great. I chose not to eat any of the chicken (it was basically leather anyway after she put it back on the grill. Extremely small portion, which in this instance, I was grateful for. It’s about a 15-minute process time as well. If they had several orders, this place could easily get backed up by an hour. Easily. I can’t see how it is sustainable.I’m definitely not seeing the hype. Other than it being impressive it’s homemade noodles, this was not a great experience.

So good! Now we come to the mall just to come here for dinner! The noodles are great. They make the noodles fresh and you get to watch them make them. Love the garlic scallion sauce with the grilled chicken breast!

Omg first time eating at this and it’s so delicious!!! The man and woman working there are so kind and the service was outstanding. The noodles were fresh and tender, and you have to try the pork! The portions are so generous too! We found our new favorite food court choice!

Great new place. At least new to me. The fun part is they make the homemade noodles right in front of you. My grandson thought that was pretty cool as did I. I had the sticky chicken. It was good. Very tender. As for the noodles they also are a little sticky. In my personal experience Vietnamese noodles are typically a little sticky. They were cooked perfectly. Had a great flavor including a garlic flavor that really stood out in a good way. I'd definitely come back.

My fiance and I tried this place today for the first time and will definitely be back the amount of food you get for the price is awesome! When they say fresh made noodles they mean it, we watched them roll out and pull the noodles for our dishes! Flavors are phenomenal I had the sticky chicken which had a beautiful garlic sauce with the perfect amount of sweet to it. My fiance got the beef and he said it tasted like my homemade pot roast. Staff were wonderful and helpful with questions about the menu. 10/10 reccomend and will be back!

Food was delicious. There is a bit of time for waiting but that’s because noodles are made in front of you. Which makes the dish more fresh and flavorful. Portion size is more for 2-3 people or could be kept as left overs for next day.

This was some serious comfort food. The portions are plenty generous, enough for dinner and a late night snack after walking around shops and watching a movie. This had been my favorite stop on our foodie tour for sure. Please make this a stop!

First of all, I want to say that the girl who helped me was the sweetest person I've met in food service. I had fun talking to her about the menu and looking over the options I could get in my dish. (Don't worry, I wasn't holding up a line or anything.) Their handmade noodles are very fresh and they have a few different options. Even more impressive to me was their meat selection. She gave me samples of certain chicken flavors they sell, and I'm definitely going to have to try a bunch of other stuff in the future. She told me that the beef was very popular, and I can see why, since it accentuated the dish. I got it combined with the pork belly since they were low on beef. Overall, it was a great experience and this eatery seems pretty underrated compared to others inside of the food court.

Not bad.The noodles did taste fresh and homemade. The chili garlic sauce was decent aswell.Portion size was pretty huge, was extra 2$ for tofu but worth it.There was way too many onions and I like my vegetables cooked alittle softer.Other person I was with said the noodles had a bitter flavor, but I guess it didn't bother me much.
