Where to start. Worst experience I’ve ever encountered and I’ve worked in customer service my entire life.I’m currently pregnant and literally wanted 2 scoops of ice cream. I walk in, no other customers are in the shop, and the three workers tonight were talking amongst themselves. The gentleman said hello and then the three of them were filling up buckets with more ice cream instead of acknowledging me after hello. I waited about 3-5 minutes, again, I’m the ONLY customer in the shop, and I finally had to say, “Can I get some Ice Cream??” All three workers finally looked up and all gave me a glare like I wasn’t supposed to ask to be helped. One girl asked what I wanted, I told her “I just want two scoops of chocolate ice cream.” She said nothing, walked over to the counter, told me the total, ran my card, then walked away. I literally had to grab my ice cream cup UNDER the plexiglass that was up due to COVID. These workers were so rude and inappropriate. I’m disgusted. Go somewhere else for ice cream on a Saturday night .
honestly i go to this basket robbins regularly as it’s the closest to my house but , i took a bite of my suppose to be mint chocolate ice cream and it somehow tasted like cherries ? i continued to eat it in hopes that it would go away but i took a deeper look to see my ice cream was somehow mixed with another lol. not a big deal but wasn’t a fan of the cherry flavored ice cream so it ruined the ice cream for me and it ended up in the garbage so it was a waste of the $5 . also, i ordered 5 ice creams alone since my family requested it back home and i wasn’t offered a bag, help or some type of acknowledgment that i was struggling trying to carry 5 ice creams with two hands and i actually ended up dropping one of them while in transit. normally, i have never had an issue as i am here at least 6/7 times out of the week but today was a little crazy and i give them the benefit of the doubt !
I went in for a Oreo shake no problem and then went I went to go pay for it the girl started to ask if I wanted to donate money to a charity I said no didn’t even offer me a receipt (probably so I wouldn’t see her name) and then threw the straw and drink towards me and walked away so rude and disrespectful just because I don’t want to donate like what type of customer service is this?? I didn’t get the girls name but this is her
The worker were very rude And I ordered a root beer and vanilla freeze it was the worst freeze I have ever had. I will never go to that Baskin Robbins again.
Always great service, clean, and available flavors, etc.,. Great for ice-cream cakes too!
