Came here with my kid to use a coupon
3rd visit to this store. 2nd time totally skipped over and ignored while the rest of my party waited with their order and almost finished before my order completed. On top of that, picture is of my 2 scoop sundae (not a bite even eaten yet) which was more like one scoop. Sad...expected more from Baskin Robbins.
Delicious ice cream, great Service and very clean.
Good ice cream, disappointing that recently the 1 scoop I had maybe half scoop, there was no bottom on wafflecone, was missing more than a quarter. Was a big mess. For price I expect to get what I'm paying for
Tiny, TINY scoops of ice cream. They're definitely pinching that penny compared to any other BR I've ever visited. Disappointing since I chose to spend nearly $6 when I could have gotten a gallon of ice cream for that price at the store.I also got the vibe that I was interrupting him or an inconvenience to his time. I wasn't inside for but maybe 2 minutes between searching the flavors, ordering and paying, so I don't understand why.2 stars only because I was in and out quickly and for whomever delivers the flavor ?♀️ definitely not because of good service or experience. Will not ever be returning to this location.
Best service I have ever had at a BR. Wow. Friendly and helpful. My kids loved the new cups and crowns!
WASH YOUR HANDS before grabbing a cone to serve!!!! or gloves, both maybe?? It’s not just perception, though now more than ever it’s important, even if it i isn’t.
By far the best Baskin Robbins we have been to! The store is clean and the staff is very friendly. We will go out of our way to come back to this location in the future.
We always get our specialty cakes here. Friendly staff and we're always satisfied with our birthday and special occasion cakes.
I come here nearly every day for a cappuccino blast. The drink is great! I frequently get here around 11am when it opens. Unfortunately, the manager for Monday-Friday is often late. Sometimes it's only a few min, sometimes it's 10. Today he's 43 min late. Not acceptable. I'm getting pretty tired of all the waiting. I might just have to give up my habit.
