Five stars for the store, and service.One star for the Greek gyro. The sauce on it was worse than a Dollar tree thousand Island. The meat was weirdly sliced; look like somebody hacked off pieces of spam. Some weird spice, maybe cumin, overpowered it. I think Arby's needs to hire a Greek chef to instruct them on making a tasty Gyro.With steakhouse and other changes I know Arby's is trying to get more customers in the door. That gyro didn't help the effort.
We really like Arby's food but lately the foods been served cold every time we come the sandwiches meat inside is cold,buns are cold even the hot cheese is cold so me brought this to their attention where they were more than happy to take care of us but the next set of sandwiches were not much better sadly I'm sorry to say this Location needs some upper management to get involved to guide them on proper protocol as this can be a potential Hazzard to the customer. My review this time is going to be a 3 star because the staff was very nice. Come on Arby's you got this...
When I received my order we first didn’t receive the order correctly. Then I tried the fries and they were cold like they have been sitting far to long. Mind you this was in the middle of a small rush so there was no way these fries should have been as cold as they were.Once I opened my sandwich is was the most pathetic thing I have ever seen. It looks only to be composed of a pinch of lettuce, meat and the pita bread for my Gyro.The only item up to temp and made correctly was our French DipIn attempt to get it rectified no one would answer the store phone even after a few attempts. Hopefully the customer service a good quality can improve here soon
20 minutes for 4 items. We gave them 2 coupons. Our total came out to the same original price they quoted before coupons, 19$.We mentioned it. They then gave us another receipt saying they fixed it. Receipt said we were charged 17$. Hopefully we weren’t charged twice ???2$ off also was incorrect for the coupons.Didn’t want to be charged a 3rd time for it to be incorrect again.*****update: The manager personally called and apologized for the situation. I understand, things happen and lots of places are under staffed. Truly appreciate them reaching out that was a nice surprise. Thank you!
I'm sorry to say we had a simple order and they didn't get it right. We ordered off the 2 for $6 menu, 10 sandwiches and we ended up with 1 sandwich short. Please count your sandwiches and look at the slip. 1 family member didn't get their sandwich!
We had a coupon for $10.99 but we were charged $12.99 and when we asked about it, the girl just said that was how it came up on the computer. She made no effort to correct the charge. We were not impressed with the food either!
I was pleasantly surprised at how good it was, fresh. Very happy with my experience. I stumbled upon Arby's after searching for weight watchers friendly restaurant foods. I'll be back for sure.
Quick service even though the line was long
Only two Arby's locations in town, and this happens to be the less crowded and more easily accessible to me. I like their sandwich menu a lot compared to most fast food places, and their prices are reasonable as well. They have the meat. Their sides are also quite tasty. I've never had a problem with any of my orders here, and while the service I've received varies in friendliness, I've yet to have a bad experience.
Changing my feedback. Went back again they screwed up my order. 2 spicey cheesy steaks. I had zero onions or peppers. What a disappointment when you drive 10 mins each way to get your food and now the phone is busy
