Great service, great food!
Waiter was very very nice! He was super enthusiastic and very helpful. Went with my best friend and me and her ordered the 2 for 25. Was really great honestly and I haven't been here in years haha
Our first restaurant trip with our kids since the pandemic was ideal. The waitress was awesome, our drinks were delicious, the food came out hot, perfect and fast!
Went in to order something to take back to work for lunch Gregg handed me a menu put his coat on and left to deliver meals to the cars outside. I have a 30 minute lunch break and it was to much for him to just put my order in and let someone else bring it out before doing other things. I didn't have much time left on my break so I walked out.
Normal Applebee's flair with excellent service. Ate at the bar and the bartender was attentive, courteous, and friendly. Food was cooked to request and tasted good.
Came here on December 19th around 6:30-7:00 P.M and had the nicest most helpful server I have ever had. I didn't have my glasses on but his name started with a J and he was a young man. Any ways the food was super good too and the rest of the staff was very kind and efficient as well. The Wonton Tacos are super good and I've not heard of them before. :)
Our party had steaks and burgers. The steaks were great, very well prepared, great flavor. Do NOT get a burger. The patties were pale and tasteless, no grill marks, tasted like bad meatloaf. How do you mess up a burger??? First and last time doing burgers at Applebees. What a disappointment.
Decided on a whim to visit, particularly so as their hours meant we wouldn't be given the bums rush as soon as our food arrived.Waitress was very nice, and had a good sense of humor. She made sure we lacked for nothing, regularly checking in on us even with a fairly busy section.Appetizer came quickly, with entrees soon to follow. Quick turnaround on the couple items requested and that was that. She continued to check in on her pass thrus to the kitchen, and when it was time for the bill both of us appreciated her efficiency in delivering. Will definitely visit again.
I love Applebee's if my home away from home I live far away from at now so I don't get to go as often as I used to but I would like everyone to know that I love how they almost make you feel right at home. And the portions of the food are perfect for me and the drinks are always perfect and the customer service is always excellent. Management is always great as well.
So, I have to tell you all Shima (evenings) is an excellent server. Attentive, great at building rapport, thorough about finding appropriate options. We had an amazing meal because of her and the Training Manager who was kind enough to go to her purse when my mask broke. Great people, great service, excellent by Applebee's standards. Come here, request Shima.
