I ordered Double Crunch Shrimp and Fries. The shrimp tasted like thet had been baked in sawdust. Dry and tasteless. The fries tasted like they had been baked. Also dry. The food came out SO FAST that it had to be microwaved, not cooked. I wanted a dish I answered a survey about a couple months ago and no one had any idea what I was talking about. It was a sizzle platter with shrimp and broccoli. Just two items and it came out grilled and sizzling and wonderful. Our server was new (3 days). Colin or Gavin? He did a great job, asked about the dish and offered alternatives, and went out of his was to be polite, courteous, and make sure we didn't lack anything. I was terribly disappointed with the meal and the fact no one could explain about the other dish. I even had a 10.00
I know a lot of people love this place but the food is always horribly salty, to me, and nothing more than reheated frozen quality. I don't go of my own volition. Unfortunately, there is often someone in my life who gets to choose the restaurant.That's the chain issue. The local issue is something with management of the wait staff that I can't put my finger on. They are always in a mad rush. You can barely finish saying what you want and when you try to catch their attention, they are clearly obsessed with their eyes on someone else. Maybe it's a monitor or mirror or ear bud, but it isn't the tables they serve. Which is to say they seem to visit a proscribed number of times at proscribed intervals rather than reading the room. It gets the job done, but it is weird and robotic.
Curbside delivery good. Customer service good. Food so so.I was missing items from my entree that I didn't discover until I was home. I had ordered a chicken bowl. Don't expect it to look anything like the picture lol.
Unfortunately, the quality of the food is very very poor.. the mac and cheese is very runny and soupy! It came with honey chicken on top and the honey from the chicken was dripping all into the soupy mac n cheese. The fries were totally old cold and soggy. Definitely not even worth the price for 15 dollars a plate. We left all our food! God bless the servers tho they are doing their best. Im sure they hear complaints all the time
The food was awful not fresh at all the restaurant cooks need to make a better effort in the food quality and presentation overall. The food was not fresh at all. And the strawberry are with vanilla yogurt and it comes plain yogurt
The food was ok at best the drink was surprisingly good. Desert was great and the service was fantastic. If the actual food itself was good I would be back. I may stop in for a cheap drink one day but the chances of me coming back for a full meal is very slim.

Everything was really nice two things kept this visit from a 5 star. Cold fries made 3 times no improvement and a dirty plate explanation not adequate and no replace the meal. Still one of our favorite places to go fun atmosphere
Love this place! I have dined in and done Carside To Go. Their food is always delicious. The one, and only, time I had a complaint they took care of it quickly and the manager cooked our food himself. He was very apologetic and even adjusted the bill, which I didn't ask for. When I go in I always sit in the same area because Joel is an amazing waiter. He gives the best customer service. On his days off, if I'm in, the lady that covers his section (forgot her name) is amazing. They both remember us when we come in. This is, by far, my favorite place to eat.
I had a good experience there for the most part.Though when my friend went to pick up some take out, the waiter ignored him. When he got his order, my friend unassumingly said, "thank you, sir!" To which the waiter replied in a condescending manner "You're welcome, miss!" Times are changing. But there's no need to be rude if someone accidentally calls you sir and you identify differently...
