Drink was pretty weak was a margaritas asked for salt didn't get it,got the wrong appetizer,both steaks were way under cooked but food was hot and replaced with fresh sides once corrected. Had to flag down our server or other servers to get our food fixed she never came back to check on us after dropping the steaks the first time. The server seemed nice enough and maybe that she had done this before but maybe it was a off day hung over or just not very good with multi tasking or anticipating guest needs was not there. As we were leaving it started to get a little busy the bathrooms were clean our table was poorly wiped had crumbs on it towards the back but the restaurant appeard clean and organized otherwise.
Would be zero if I could. Walked in at 5:25 waited and waited for a table party of 5. There were 3 tables we could see that were open. Got seated at 5:56pm and was told the 6pm happy hour was over so we could not get half priced appetizers. We ordered, our drinks were not refilled until dinner was finished. My food came out 15 minutes later then my family's. My chicken and veggies were all burnt and I almost burnt my mouth on the potatoes. Staff seems like they don't care and even paying was a unorganized mess.
This happened on 3/29/22 at 9ish pm. This is specifically for the server Renee L. I would like to state that you really made my kids hate Applebee's. You treated them as if they didn't exist. Like you were bothered that they were eating there. They felt like they didn't belong there. You served other first even though they ordered their food way before them. And when they order more food you looked irritated. You treated other customers with smiles and even made conversation. But had a B face when you went to their table. They weren't even done eating you brought them boxes.Get you food customer service attitude straight. Serve all people with respect. Shouldn't serve even you are bothered by other people.
We came in with a party of 5 and we were told a few min wait time, at the same time as us another party of 5 came in. We were both seated in under 10 min. And! it was our waiters 2nd day there, he did an amazing job! His name is Alex. Thank you for the great time 10/10 would recommend!
Let down again! We order our steak raw every time and they continue to over cook it! I was surprising my husband with takeout for Valentine’s Day and his dinner was burnt… both steaks over cooked. I requested they both be RARE. I don’t know why I continue to waste my money. We’ve lived here for 12 years in this neighborhood and this location has just gotten worse with their food and service. That’s my last order… I will find someplace else to spend my hard earned money!
Renee made our family dinner more than amazing. The food is always great at this Applebees, but when you get the extra special service it. We had a table of 7 fun but demanding family members and she rocked it
The fish and chips use Pollock fish and were very good. Fish was flaky and tasty.Chicken and shrimp with mashed potatoes was yummy also. Be careful, this comes on sizzling plater and the chicken and potatoes are still cooking
Family of 4. Sunday evening at 5pm. Happy hour. Appetizers were good. Service was good. The best part was that we didnt feel rushed to leave and had some great family time together.
It's Applebee's you get what you get everyone tryes there best and it's always about the same no complaints about food or service how ever if your with a large group using the table side check out is sometimes confusing maybe ask if the table wants printouts just to make it easy for the older customers.
