so I ordered wingstop today for my family at south center Renton location.I bought it home opened to find burnt fries.so sad to pay so much and quality decline each time.They should stop selling fries if one simple thing they cant do. Its seriously expensive and disappointing..Management should look into these issues. It cost me close to 100 bucks and quality of food is unbelievable. I hope pple think twice before they order fries from wingstop.
I'm really sorry to say. The cheese fries were mushy and tasteless. The chicken was over cooked, dry, hard and tasteless. Very disappointed.
Drove 10 miles and were told they couldn't take our order in person. They said we would have to download the app and then order and finally they would make our food. We left. Why have a store?
Wingstop here is so bad. Why don't you answer the phone...Simple answer. Laziness. OWENER, stop hiring lazy workers you're losing business because you hire people that should working at McDonalds. Have some respect damn.
Trash location. Already waited 23 minutes for an online order. Nobody else waiting in the store. They told me 10 more minutes and when I checked back with them, order wasn’t done. Took them another 10 minutes to get my order done. Pick up somewhere else.
Placed an online order and upon arrival it wasn't ready. The two employees behind the counter seemed to work as fast as possible. Seemed like one of the two was still sort of newish and learning. The food was well prepared and pretty tasty despite my unexpected wait. Thank you both and continue to persevere.
VISIT ANYWHERE ELSE. Inedible fries covered in salt AND sugar? Chicken tenders that aren't crispy and are somehow soggy with oil? Other customers ordering 3x more than you, in front of you, and getting their order before yours? "Understaffed" is not an excuse - incompetence so extreme, it's hard to believe it isn't intentional.I forgot to mention, some of the staff sit on the counter tops next to the cash register. Big yikes all around.

Charlene the manager was frustrated that I wanted to cancel my order since no one including her was WEARING ANY GLOVES..!! Charlene the manager, response that WingStop doesn't require for employees who handles food to wear any gloves since they wash their hands.
