love it, love it and absolutely loved it a bit more. My new favourite restaurant.
The staff are friendly. I ordered the lunch salmon special. The salmon was overcooked and under seasoned, the mashed potatoes were under cooked but seasoned well, the broccoli was raw and had no seasoning. The staff didn’t ask me how I liked the food, even though I only ate half of it. Do not recommend and likely will never come back.

I flew to Seattle just to buy a very amazing tasting cake at the cheese cake factory & they always have great service. Classy and go above beyond the expectations of having a great attitude in a very extremely busy environment, this particular night Kaylynn(hope I’m spelling that right) was amazing and so delightful. Thank you. Continue having that amazing attitude.
We had a great experience here! We came on a Friday night and there was about a 40 minute wait but it was worth it. The food was delicious and the cheesecake choices are amazing! Staff was friendly, great atmosphere. They have gluten free entrees and gluten free desserts. Also good vegetarian options.
Long wait time! Server was nice and bread was delicious. However the skinnilous menu wasn’t really worth the money and the wait time; it taste like average
Can’t believe this is a $20+ dollar plate. I’ve had this at other locations before and it actually had a sauce on it with onions and was delicious but this is literally just bone dry pasta with cubed unseasoned chicken breast and mushrooms. Also a bunch of random spaghetti noodles???? Literally so disappointing and unappetizing. Cooks that are okay with putting product out like this don’t belong in a kitchen ?
Good ambiance. Good variety of vegetarian items as well. Some items need special requests to be made vegetarian and they were accommodating of our dietary restrictions. Serving time was about 15 minutes. Reservations recommended. Ample parking outside. Accessible entrance.
I won’t let bug/fly poison me at I look at it as a coincidence. Even the server assured that many bugs are coming inside the restaurant as she wasn’t happy about it too.Beyond disappointed. Poor quality.My friend and I were celebrating and looked for a pasta restaurant. The server was excellent and attentive bring us to the table.Surprised with a bug/fly in the lemonade we ordered for starter. I couldn’t stand the fly floating swimming in my drink.I requested the manager hoping for a great resolution to this disgusting incident. Unfortunately we were only offered a limited solution.Yes we were enjoying our time but this bug bugged me. When you have a large restaurant with a large quantity of customers, you need a competent manager to run the facility. Again I’m beyond dissatisfied.Avoid this location if you are looking for clean food and drinks. Wish everyone safe and happy night accept the manager who couldn’t handle this situation with high manner.
lit af. brought my kid and my household. best mozzarella sticks I've ever had. got the pasta trio specialty. fire. could have been a whole chicken parmesan breast instead of two small ones but overall 9/10 and cheesecake isn't a question. so good ☺️?
