Ordered food through the drive through. When i got home i discovered my whole order was incorrect. Additionally, I was offered no sauce, given no sauce or napkins. This is not the first time my order has been wrong at this location. Disappointing.
It's Taco Bell, you can't expect the moon. You can, however, expect that you won't have grease drip out of the bag onto your seats.
Had a employee argue with me and threaten to call the cops on me because she was cussing at me and being rude when we ordered two family meals and she refused us the meals because she didn't want to make them telling us we would be forced to wait 45 minutes. When I said we would wait she got angry and cancelled my order.. I Reported it to cooperate they gave a voucher to apologize, I went back and had the same girl stop the employee who was helping me so she could take over my order, someone puncture the hot gravy which burned me and my 7 year old son. When we called to complain she claimed she was the boss or owner so we couldn't do anything about it. We called cooperate again and heard nothing back. We tossed out the food because we felt it could be contaminated and never went back again even though it is close to our home.
This location is TERRIBLE, why are you guys always so rude? You can’t hear me on the speaker and have me talking my order, you’re then rude, you park me then serve 4 cars behind me then serve me cold soggy food… I asked for ranch and was treated in the most disrespectful manner ever. I am never coming back here!
Every time I've went here my order has been messed up and for some reason they always ask me to wait out front for my order as I watch them serve several people that were behind me. Not a great Taco Bell..
Loved the excellent customer service and my food order was fresh and hot!!
The staff was very polite and efficient.The food was good.The only problem was it was a taco bell Kentucky fried chicken combo so we ordered coleslaw. They didn't provide a spoon, spork or any utensils. So we went back to the hotel and had to eat it using two coffee stir sticks... have you ever eaten coleslaw with two stir sticks? Hopefully not. It was difficult to say the least. That in the least was disappointing. I am one who doesn't think I should have to take an inventory prior to leaving the drive-thru.If it hadn't been for that, I would have left 5 stars... maybe they'll try harder next time...Overall I would recommend this place.
