Customer service was great. Food was blah. My dogs liked the chicken though. I'll try something else next time I'm there.
Delicious! I've been a couple times now and seriously get cravings for their teriyaki whenever I'm in town!
Quality food, great variety, Ok price considering the Seattle location. I will eat there at least once per trip.Location and quality are both important.Very fast service.

Portions sizes and the taste were great but the ramen noodles looked like instant ramen. Also, when interacting with us the staff was friendly but, they started talking about us at the first step into the "back area." I've worked in customer service for a long time and would get mad at any employees being in ear shot of the customer that are still in the building. Or even during business hours. Keep that at your break time or just don't do it.

Tasty food and quick service a little stingy when asking for extra sauce. I like that they added a way to order extra sauce online it would’ve been even better if they didn’t forget it . Mistakes happen usually they’re very consistent. The Chicken Breast Teriyaki is delicious but my favorite are always the Korean short ribs .
We ordered 3 orders of chicken teriyaki as we normally do because its amazing here. when i got home, i realized we got spicy chicken which would have been fine but my kids refuse to eat spicy food. with no hesitation, we got 3 new chicken teriyakis, which are absolutely amazing, and got to try a spicy teriyaki that was also absolutely amazing. weve come here numerous times and have always been EXTREMELY satisfied with out food and the customer service!

I ate here for the first and last time last Sunday. I ordered the chicken teriyaki. The chicken tasted terrible and the rice was mush. I am going to call and ask them for a refund. I hope it goes better than their chicken tasted.
