The bread was not even close to being fresh. It was rather crusty and hard. The girl working, obviously a noob, didn't even bother to slice it into half like they normally do. Subways has come a long ways...a long ways DOWN!! With the rise in cost, why bother coming to a third rate place again.

The overall experience was uncomfortable. We wanted to order two gluten free sandwiches and a protein bowl. When we asked for the gluten free bread we were told they didn’t have any, so instead we ordered salads. The salads were only half the usual amount and they didn’t even have enough lettuce for the protein bowl. The lettuce that we did revive was brown and wilted. The person who was making the sandwiches had their AirPods in the entire time. It was an extremely long wait and there was only one person working.

I ordered the new menu item "melt" and they gave me a regular sub with extra cheese @#$ When I asked i wanted the one as advertised, server said, we don't have that bread. really??? Then say that upfront and charge for regular.I asked half with veggy pattu amd half with egg, ended up paying for full veggie patty + full egg!Charged way too extra - melt + veghie patty + egg.Not an honest business
My bread was hard I went back later and they closed down over 30 minutes before they were supposed to close
Would not recommend this subway. Horrible customer service. We were rushed with our order because they wanted to close the store 30 minutes early, we arrive 50 minutes before they closed. We love Subway, but not this one.
This Subway always comes through, and it's conveniently located across the street from Southcenter, Westfield Mall, Tukwila.
