Horrible customer service. I ordered via the subway app, which apparently uses DoorDash to fullfil the order. The dasher didn't get all of the items in the order. The ONLY option via the Subway app is to contact the store.Whoever answered the phone didn't care. Said it is the fault of door dash, but I have no way to contact door dash, since I didn't order via door dash.The person at subway insisted I ordered via Door Dash and hung up on me.I will never eat at Subway ever again
i normally go here just quick bite. this time the lady was absolutely rude. 2/28/22. i understand short handed we deal with it at my job. but to be rude and tell me she will not remake the sandwich. or if i heard her or not. then hanging up on me. i work in customer service and this is not how you handle things. short handed or not.

Walked in 25 minutes before closing. Employee told us they were closed. I pointed out the hours on the door said they would be open 25 minutes. Kind of rude, I guess.
