This review is for the corporation of Starbucks. Not this location and the great employees.Everyone needs to become vocal about their right to unionize if they choose to. All over the United States. They are treating their employees horrible that are trying to unionize. Sometimes even firing them. I am so disappointed in this company. The lies everything. You should try to do better Starbucks you should be ashamed of yourself. Let's show our support for all the Starbucks employees in the nation. Please leave your review if you agree.
Horrible management I understand they close at 9:00 p.m. I'm in line at 8:50 p.m. and the second 9:00 p.m. Hits they shut everything down. They don't bother putting up a clothes sign in the drive-thru. People keep driving through their non-stop even though it's before 9:00 p.m. In the second 9:00 p.m. Hits they tell you they're closed. They need to grow up walk out put the cone up and say that they're closed that way people don't waste their time sitting in line for 20 minutes. And that blonde manager is so rude the one that was working on Saturday night May 21st 2022.
Demanding union scale wages for subpar work. All the employee had to do is read the order and make it. So not once, not twice but three times in the past week we ordered grande Chai Tea lattes and got home to find no Chai but 3 caramel coffee lattes with high caffeine that triggered my afib. Employees shouldn't double their wages when they can't do the simplest of tasks.

The only Starbucks I will ever go to again♥️ to treat my son and I as family is an understatement for these Baristas! I have been a barista since I was 14 and know the stress of the world of coffee in which they still manage to remember our names, Birthdays, orders, and what life events we go through with smiles on their faces. The team here has been here for our family and taken care of us as customers, creating friendships!! I want to personally thank the Interurban Starbucks for celebrating my sons First Birthday with us and let it be known to everyone that they have kept me as a lifelong customer of Starbucks Coffee!
I enjoy my coffee every 2-3 weeks when I get my nails done. Staff there are very friendly & polite. Love it there.
This Starbucks is great the people that work here when I told them I had a zoom meeting, they turned the music down and really treated like a family. I really like this Starbucks mainly the people that work here and the good coffee they serve. Thank you for helping me out.
Fast, friendly, and efficient. They called out my drink before I could even sit down. The partner at the handoff even made small conversation with me despite being obviously slammed with orders. Store was clean. Partners all seemed to like each other and enjoy their jobs. Also, my drink was perfectly made.
I used to be so anti corporate, and wouldn't dare step foot in a Starbucks. Local bougie hipster bauhaus places only. But then I moved to the middle of BFE, to a town with 5 stop lights (literally) and the strip mall had a K-Mart, not even a Wal-Mart, that's how small it was. But the one thing it did have, was a Starbucks. And I was so grateful for their cookie cutter, Stepford Wife, every coffee order tastes exactly like the last place you ordered it, cross training, because I knew what to expect, and it tasted like home. So these days when I order my daily venti Carmel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino AND grande Pink Drink with extra straw, even though I know I'm padding Uncle Jeff's Malawi children's Nike sweat shop or something, I know the customer service always comes with a smile, my drink order will always right, and once in a while I get a free cinnamon crumble coffee cake. I'll be going back.
The staff is always friendly, but if it's nice weather...be prepared to sit in the drive through for quite a while as it'll be packed.
