$15 for cold food. misleading questions while serving asking "do you want an egg roll, or a spring roll?" as if it was an option included in the meal only to be charged three dollars extra and not given the option to take it off even when visibly annoyed over it... wish i had read other reviews on here. don't waste your time.
I'm impressed! I wasn't expecting this soup to be so good and freshly prepared. Took 7 min to cook. Well worth it ?
Absolutely Terrible Food!!! And, what's worse is the awfully poor customer service!!! This is like fast and bland Asian Food.Please do not waste your money or time here PERIOD!!!
The food was alright but it’s very misleading. This is not Thai food at all or even Americanized Thai food. This is an attempt at Chinese American food. I am wondering if different owners bought the place and started cooking their own style of food under the Ruby Thai name? It’s weird to say the least.
This place is roach infested. My family and I seen roaches going in and out of the restaurant when we were seated in the back.
Absolutely terrible food. This is NOT Thai food by any stretch; at best a wannabe Panda Express and a really bad one at that too.
The cook is very reasonable. If you have any issues just talk to him He's really a great guy. I've been coming to this restaurant for many years now. I work at the mall. While it may not be five out of five quality it is the most dependable restaurant around here. Rain or shine snow or blizzard they are open.
I should’ve stopped eating here a year ago when I found lint in my rice but this one just throws me off completely Ur done, ur done ?
The quality of the pepper chicken is so bad I couldn’t even eat it and it was mostly salty breading. I even got a mouthful of chicken fat in one bite.? I would rather pay a few bucks more for better quality than eat here again.
I don't write reviews much, but honestly this is disgusting. Nothing about it is Thai. It's basically a clone of Panda Express, but everything is much greasier, oversauced, and squishy. I felt sick after eating it
