Lacks of Cleanliness in the Ladies bathroom "Smelled Atrocious!!!" ?? and the sad part was that I was wearing a mask and still can smell it. Also the dusting of the ceiling battle art looks like it hasn't been cleaned for years. The services has been mediocre and we give it a 5 out of 10. My husband had I have not been impressed with this Red Robin for a year now and it's sad because it used to be one of our favorite places to go eat. It's not really what it use to be and that's really too bad and sad for us. ? I guess we'll have to make our way to going to a different one.?

Took our daughter to Red Robin for her birthday dinner. Good food, great service! Wait for seating was longer than I liked, but it was day after Superbowl, and the restaurant appeared understaffed.
This location is always on point! Everyone is super friendly and attentive. The food is always hot and cooked well. The take out is always wrapped with care and still hot by the time you get home. We actually drive past another location to come here. Yumm!
Red Robin actually has stepped up their food a little bit... Even though I had to wait 20 minutes for my food when I ordered it online dealing with Lei made it more enjoyable! She had a great attitude and walked me through the app when it was confusing and didn't make sense then she also was the one to bring me my food glad I got to meet her she is the reason they get four stars instead of three.
Me, my wife and 3 boys have only been to Red Robin a handful of times in different locations. We went to Tukwila location few weeks back and had DeeDee and she was very kind, fun and efficient. The Burgers were awesome and the bottomless fries were great too! Kids loved the chalk up front and the hosts were great with the kids. We came again tonight after enjoying the day and got DeeDee as our server again haha. She was the same great Server and I think we'll be coming back regularly when we go out to eat!
Busy Saturday, noon, and the crew was OUTSTANDING in serving myself, 8 & 9yo grandson's (oldest autistic) & 2yo granddaughter.
The day we went there was only one waitress because no one came in for various reasons. The waitress was amazing and the food was great.
Ordered food to eat in our car. My veggie burger was missing the avocados and the cheese. My sweet potato fries were cold, not even room temperature. They were COLD. Our other order had only about 2/3 of a normal fry order. And we didn't want to go in to have them correct it because 90% of the people in the lobby were not wearing a mask, despite a mask mandate in our state. And let's not forget the fake service animal that was sniffing people on its way out of the restaurant. Will never come to this Red Robin again.
Food was good, but what was phenomenal was the service! Our server, Stacy, was super kind, helpful, and personable even though we were the last to leave before closing. I was very impressed! Awesome job Stacy :)
