The food is always tastier than Chipotle, more flavor. But at times the meat is dry and looks old. The service is decent always has that one employee who is awkward and not to helpful. The cleanliness at this particular location was bad. Is why I gave it a 3 star. The floors were dirty, the soda machine was caked with syrup, the screen was nast,, was hard to push buttons. The restroom was terrible floors were caked with who knows and smelled thick of dirty toilet. All counters in the lobby were not wiped.
Always love qdoba! This particular location always seems to move the line quickly. The food is hot and delicious. The staff are always friendly and treat me like a local even though I visit only a few times a year. The place is clean, the food is great and the staff is awesome.
The food is good and the service is fast and friendly. Unfortunately their drinks machine is often out of sodas, like Coke, or it dispenses poorly. However, I think this due to supply issues caused by COVID.
One word "horrible"! They just charged my debit card 4 times for over $100 because the cashier didn't remember to turn the register on? Then says the money will go back in your account within 24 hours? Complete BS! No, I shouldn't have to wait when you screw up, and did they offer our meal for free/discount anything? No, nothing. Horrible Qdoba, I won't go to that one again.
We ordered three meals and they ran out of many ingredients. My veggie bowl was half full.
If you planning on placing a delivery order by these guys please be ready to be short changed. They literally didn’t put nothing in my bowl but I like the food but they just sooooooo stingy when it comes to ordering. You have to literally go up there while they fixing it otherwise they will give you a smallest portion out for delivery. Rather order chipotle at least they’re not stingy
I love this location, but I steer clear of the taco salads now. I ordered one about a year ago and it gave me an upset stomach. Now I usually come for the queso and chips. They are always fresh and delicious and definitely some of the best in the area.
Not very impressed by my experience today. Staff did not seem happy and I felt rushed the entire time. I don’t get many topics on my rice bowl so was disappointed by how empty my bowl was. A small scoop of rice and beans and some other topics and towards the end I think they noticed how empty it was and put two heaping spoonfuls of pico. So now my bowl mostly tastes like pico.
I’m not sure if this girl is new or not but the way she made our quesadilla… she literally couldn’t cut it and kept throwing it around.. cut it weird and half the stuff fell out and she just scrapes it and puts in the box. The way she handled it was really poorly and not to mention horrible customer service.
The staff here is very good and friendly. The employee named Judy gave us a sample of the soup we came from Federal Way to eat again.The tortilla soup is back! Please Qdoba, don't get rid of it again!
