I made an error on my order and attempted three times to call and correct it before it was delivered. But it sends you to a call center that transfers you to your store, where they never answer the phone and was inevitably hung up on every time.
Great pizza, always fast delivery and pleasant employees. My favorite Pizza Hut in the area.
It was a good tasting pizza and just what I ordered!
While I was very happy with the timing because the order arrived really fast, the pizza itself was underdone. Also, the sauce and toppings were put in the middle of the pizza, so the crust edge was nearly two inches deep. The crust was barely done and left me with a stomachache after eating only 1.5 pieces. i had to put it in my oven today to finish the baking process, and it was a much more pleasant experience. The wings were perfect though.
Better customer service. I had an impossible time just reaching the restaurant that was making my pizza because the people at the call center would "transfer" me before I could even tell them which store I was ordering from. A waiting time would be nice, too, so that I knew if my call would go through before the store closed. The call center is not streamlining anything.
Worst customer service ever. I hate you and will never order Pizza Hut again.
The pizza tasted awful and the chicken like frozen Walmart nuggets with cheap barbecue sauce on top off it!
The Pizza was great. We loved the Triple Treat Box. We would definitely order it again!
