Normally service is good. Today I ordered the bowl of broccoli cheddar soup to go. When I arrived the container was barely half full. I asked staff to fill the rest of the container and was told "no that is the amount for a bowl". I have ordered this dine -in and seen what amount you normally receive. Today they are running short on supply and skimping on orders.
I just want my salad dressing! I just wish they’d double check to make sure it’s all there with to-go orders. I’m not gonna drive back to get the salad dressing, just like the other time I didn’t drive back when the two $5 cookies I ordered weren’t in my bag from my last to-go order. I did try calling to get some kind of a refund but no one answered the phone. I’m bummed!

Great full of flavor food accompanied with warm smiles from the friendly staff. The only regret you’ll have leaving is that second serving of there decadent brownie! The perfect brownie IMO, not to fudgy and not to (dry) cakey...but just “right” between the two mentioned. Their brownies are very rich and very satiating. I still had two brownies. I just needed to reconfirm my experience from the first brownie.
Food was great but the employee was walking around with her mask down and then when asked she stated " I am on my break and not by food" while at the register by the bread and pastries and proceded to walk past us taking her mask fully down.She quickly ran to the back (where the food was) to speak with the the manager with her mask down when we were speaking with the manager reporting her unsanitaryactions not following CDC guidelines. Then proceeded to pass us multiple times telling us to have a good day pulling her mask off. This was all done in front of management as well the management did nothing.
I wanted to give this one star because of bad management.I ordered via online and did a curbside pick up and they left out a sandwich, I was on my way to work and had called them on my break time (I work a grave shift), granted it was 9pm when I had called. The gal I spoke to seemed a bit agitated, and I was being nice about it, I asked if I can just pick up a new sandwich the next day, she said they can only send vouchers through the mail. A couple of weeks came, I didn’t receive a voucher, so I called again and another gal I had spoken to said, “we’re always on top of the mail, so keep looking out for them.” Well, still no voucher, still no sandwich.I guess I’m just really frustrated with the way things are, maybe they think I’m just trying to gyp them for a sandwich.
Panera used to be one of my favorite restaurants, I know it wasn’t healthy as it looked like or as their marketing said but I would at least go three times a month. Their quality got worse and so did their customer service. Last and final time we came here our food had -I guess “fruit mosquitos”. We told the cashier and she said oh yeah “they’re always on the salads or lettuce sorry about that” which made it awkward and uncomfortable….we didn’t even enjoy our food which also was cold…
I like Panera?I think they got great food, very tasty and not too expensive. I do think ? they’re heavily understaffed most of the time for some reason most of the times I gone, I end up reminding someone about my order if its like 20-39 after I placed it seems like they forgotten about it. Last time I did curbside pick up waited at the designated spot almost 15 min after my order was ready and they were supposed to meet me outside. I finally went inside just to grab it my order was getting cold I had order a ten vegetable soup ?,No one was going’s to bring it out any time soon due to how busy they were. I just have not received the best customer experience with Panera, which there shouldn’t be much after you order, It’s not a restaurant per say. I do enjoy their food and bread ? but I have to always give myself more time than other places due to delays, orders forgotten, or just taking longer than-it should. I try to go during off times

Used to be fast and reliable but now I have to always check my order there seems to be something off each time, maybe staff too new?
