Only ate their food because I was really hungry. Very sugary in terms of taste; I won't go there again if I don't have to.

I went to have my lunch and they are supposedly open at 11 am , and the didn't have nothing on the counter until 11:45, it's when I finally had my lunch, disappointed!!.
The food was pretty good and the service was decent. They had no straws for the drinks, which was a pain. I was there late in the afternoon and it wasn't busy at all.
They had no clue what they were doing. Asked for a bowl and kept insisting on a plate. I ask them for duck sauce (cashier didnt know what that was) and cashier handling cash and food (container)
Chinese fast food really doesn't cut the mustard with me.
Lines were long. It was right around lunch time but the kitchen was not able to keep up with the rush. As a result, lots of items were out. But they were able to ask me about my receipt.
Excellent customer service from Cheyenne, polite and efficient. Food was good too.
You need to teach your employees better customer service skills! I won't be eating at this Panda Express ever again.
