We came on Saturday, it was busy night, long wait, understandable. The food that came was good. My brother and I did not get our rolls, waited for half an hours, checked on the order. She thought we got our rolls, found out that they served to wrong table. It was busy night but a quick check that everyone got their orders would have been a better customer service. She did apologize few times, I cancelled my orders and just asked for the check. I preferred to do food review but service is also what make customers come back more than the food. My nephew likes his orders and my brother ate his spider roll after 30 mins plus wait, I ate pieces from other people orders, they were good or I was hungry. The food are pricy.
One of my favorite Japanese restaurants in Seattle region. Menu is extensive. Sushi, karaage, tempura, udon, soba, bento box, etc. I like their Chirashi the best so far. Food quality and service is good. Very popular place, you may wait a while to sit depending on the day/time. Parking is available. There is no steps. They should be able to accommodate a Wheelchair.
The sake marinated grilled hamachi Kama is DELICIOUS! Had signature Miyabi salad. Deep fried calamari went surprisingly well with the veggie. Would love to try their omakasei some time.
Pictured: warm miso + sashimi plate + bento (teriyaki salmon, salad, spaghetti, rice, pickled veggies, sashimi, and veg croquette) + 2 Sapporo lagers. Friendly staff, well lit, quick serving time, and quality Japanese fresh comfort food. This is the next best place to go for sushi/sashimi in the area. Miyabi is between $$ - $$$. Louder music would be great for the ambiance ?
Super nice and upbeat staff. They always made sure we had water. My guy ordered fish cheek and baked oysters (3 for $12, pricy but quite good) and we both got sushi. I got the sunny crisp and my guy got the dragon roll. All good but more expensive than we hoped it would be for what we got. Customer service was excellent but I think the experience was just ok. Sushi was decent but I think we were missing the style of sushi and price we had been used to where we used to live. We left full though!
The sushi rolls heavily relied on mayo, cream cheese and crab salad, and spicy. I did enjoy the seared salmon roll. The unagi on top of one of the rolls was chunked, so it fell off when trying to pickup. The decor was modern, nice, but would have expected more from the sushi.
Came here for dinner tonight for Bento Box, but decide to go with Sashimi. It's look so delicious be and it was. I enjoyed it. The place is small, so I wanted about twenty-five minutes. The staffs is so friendly. Definitely will come back again.
I came into town to run a half marathon. I met up with my local friends here for dinner. As of late August, they have indoor dining. Once we were seated, we could access their menu online by scanning their QR code. For my appetizer, I got their geoduck butter and for my entrée, I got their Seattle nabe with a bowl of rice ($2 extra). I liked the geoduck, but it was more butter than actual geoduck. That's understandable since geoduck is pretty expensive to procure. The Seattle nabe was a pretty decent yosenabe. I'm not a fan of restaurants that charge for a bowl of rice. Maybe there's too many people that are still afraid of carbs that they made it a la carte, but in my opinion, the nabe should just come with a bowl of rice. After we finished our meals, one of us was still hungry, so he ordered the Let's go Seattle roll to share with everyone. Even though, I'm not a fan of fusion rolls, it was not bad. It was nice and pleasant to interact with their waitstaff. Also they were able to split our checks.
Nice Japanese restaurant and very efficient - food coming out fast, good for people who don't have much time. Great selection of food and drinks, very friendly and efficient service, good quality and yummy food, and good ambient.
Super tasty meal. Went around 5pm on Friday and we were quickly seated after our COVID vaccine cards were checked. The restaurant was half full. We had written everything we wanted beforehand and handed it to the server who appreciated the list. It took less than eight minutes before we received several appetizers and then main meals. Everything was spot on and fresh. Service was great. No negatives.
