The last 3 visits I've made to this particular restaurant have been horrible. The fist one I ordered online and when I arrived was promptly told that I would be classified as last. The next two I ordered inside and had to wait for several minutes. This last time I watched two people receive their orders prior to me. And one of them essentially had the same order (large fry and large soda). If I could give less than one star I would. I refuse to hop in drive through where the traffic backs up onto a very busy road.Just beware that customer service at this restaurant is horrible.
I understand the workers work fast. But come on it doesn't take that much extra time to shoot straight in the middle of the burger. It makes the fish fillet sandwich taste uneven unless you use your French fry to spread the tartar sauce on the rest of the fish fillet. This happens at just about every McDonald's I go to. It's almost like they teach them to guess where it goes. It must be a woman making these because if it was a guy he would shoot straighter due to many years of practice lol Plus prices are getting outrageous. Joe Biden sucks with all of The trillions of dollars they have printed they have devalued the dollar and caused inflation to run rampant....... LETS GO BRANDON
Its April 8th 2022, and its still drive-through only. Larger work trucks dont fit.
Need to update hours online. If you close sooner than the time that it reads online, then make that known. Multiple people lined up at the drive thru with late night munchies because it says that y’all close @11pm. 10:04pm is when I pulled up. Screens already off and no one is at the speakers. I get that y’all have to clean up before y’all leave BUT you know what you signed up for when you applied. Thanks.
Line always seem to be long when I go there. Timely wait in line and when you get to the pick up window.Otherwise food was tasty and drinks made perfect.
This location always serves fresh hot fries and have yet to mess up any of my orders. Also the frappes are bomb af!
Put in an order, the payment went through, and our points were taken off, 6,000 points, but the manager by the name of CeeCee said it didnt go through, and refused to give us our order in Tukwila, Wa. I showed her proof of purchase and let her listen to the transaction history on my phone for my card I used and she still refused service for absolutely no reason. Even with the points being taken off and with the email that showed the redeemed points she wouldn’t even give us the sandwich that we earned.. I dont look bad by any means, and I was very kind and didnt curse or anything to that nature and she was down right rude and mean. I asked about my points and she said she canceled the order because online was having issues and they didnt have control over it, etc. And that I wouldnt be getting my points back, because that is out of their hands and there’s nothing she could do, thats 6,000 points.. thats so wrong on so many levels.. we usually only go to one location, not this one usually and we never have problems, until we went to this one.. it’s a very ghetto location, and the management and employees are pretty ratchet and mean there because they’re obviously burnt out and beyond frustrated from the trash guests that go to that location as well as having to serve the mall goers, so I understand.. Im just hoping to get some help as far as getting my points back and my kids meal after going through all this mess.. it was a simple cheeseburger meal with a Coke, large, with my sandwich I used my points for and that was a Big Mac.. all that hostility for absolutely no reason.. Im a manager at a QSR, and the treatment I received was beyond ratchet and ghetto.. I really feel sorry for all the people there and Ill definitely never return to this location On Southcenter Pkwy in Tukwila, Wa .. never..
This McDonald's is pretty fast.I do not eat at this location very often no complaints
I think there all are trying to be to big for there brithes. Taking too long and way to expensive on a per person basis. I can go for better quality fast food for less money. Now thats my opinion
Terrible it was 15.00 plus tax for a mc double meal a medium size shake I just wanted a mc chicken for my meal ot was so expensive my husband could only get his sandwich and the guy was snide lost our business don't go to this mc donalds
