Worst place.Dealing with the employees who have bad attitudes become exhausting. We will go somewhere else before going back
Good food. I haven’t had any problems with my orders. All good.
Tonight we order a 12 pc meal and picked it up via drive thru. When I got home I couldn’t find my biscuits. I normally seen them in box. Not this time they were smash into my bucket of chicken.. ? Why? Why would you do that??? I wasn’t rude, I wasn’t delaying my order, I was friendly and respectful.. Still why do it anyway..I realize it was 9:15pm close to closing but still could they been more thoughtful..
Ordered a 3pc and 4pc chicken tender meal.I was given a 2 3pc leg and thigh meal. SMH
this KFC needs new staff. Or better management! I was given the wrong food, I call and nobody answers the phone. I go to drive through and wait and get absolutely no apology or let’s get you some fresh food since yours has been here since you left with the wrong order. I won’t be back!
Seems like a normal KFC...I wouldn't hang around the parking lot late at night though.

Poor customer service experience. I went to drive thru and the employee who was taking my order was very very very rude. No greetings or no thank you. Very unacceptable behavior. He was wearing glasses and working at drive thru. Never coming back!Didn’t wanted to give this bad review but it was worst customer service experience i ever had.Thank you!!
This is last time eating KFCThey give me wrong order and the food was very greasy and didn’t taste like food
So I went to this KFC for dinner tonight. I ordered ahead so I wouldn't have to wait in line. I get there and sure enough there is a long line in the drive through. So I park at there curbside pick up and call there number for it. They never pick up so I decide to go to the door (another gentleman was already there). We knock and get no response so I go over to the drive through window to let them know we need service. The lady at the window was so rude wouldn't even open the window for us. She then proceeded to tell me if I want service that I needed to go through the drive through I explained that we were in curbside and that the gentleman and I had tried calling she said again that if I wanted service that I needed to go through drive through. The only reason they get a 2 star is because when I asked to talk to the manager he had already over heard the conversation and opened the window immediately apologizing. He brought my order out himself with less than a 5 minute wait.
