I have been going to this Jersey Mike's about once a week for at least 6 months, maybe a year. The sandwiches are great (both hot and cold, I usually get the hot Philly). The staff has been slowly and steadily improving service there and by now it is noticeably better than 6 months ago. They are friendlier and seem to be a lot more organized and efficient. Thank you for all the great subs and see you next week!

I used to work at the Springville, Utah location a little over 2 years ago. I am very disappointed in the customer service is now. The sandwiches still taste great, but there is no communication between staff and I waited for almost 20 minutes in line before someone took my order (and it wasn't very busy). There was no playful banter and it took another 10 minutes after I ordered (1cold sub) for me to finally get to checkout. Again the sandwiches are still delicious, but customer service could use a lot of improvement.

I tried calling this location 3 times yesterday and the phone just rang. We want to participate in the Special Olympics by ordering 16 sandwiches and no one is answering the phone. We'll take our business somewhere else.

You guy have got to be the worst Jersey Mike's in western Washington. once again. you messed up my order. I should have know better than to frequent your restaurant again. I'm done. I'll go elsewhere from now on!!!

Always a great sandwich! Only gave them four stars because their sandwiches are $20 each.

I walk-in was not Greeted he continued to sweep the floor then dumped the dustpan out then comes over & takes my order as the other lady makes my sandwich he wraps up another order then puts gloves on & try to make mine I had to tell him to wash his hands if you are in the food Industry you & the sink need to be best friend

Fast, friendly service & the best sub shop ever. Great menu.

Pricey! Not bad but not the type of l bread I like. But I'm curious to know how their toasted sandwiches taste.

Oil soaked all the way through the bread. Soggy as could be. Asked for #13 with ham, pepperoni and salami. She said you want a #11 add pepperoni. I said there is no #11 on the board. The cashier ended up charging me double meat and it was more expensive,$15 . Will not go back to this location.

Oil soaked all the way through the sandwich. Soggy mess
