Whats to like..... ruined smoothie untrained rude management or the low mask look, well it was worse when making my order they had the masks completely down....see the happy faces.
Smoothies are good if you can get one.
Been here a lot over the past couple years, and i can honestly say the quality of the product and quality of managers and employees have both dropped at this location. Yesterday i got a smoothie that had something rotten in it, and had to throw it away. Thats pretty bad when your main schtick is freshness......

i literally love this jamba juice so much. Trey and Mikaela are such amazing managers. they know exactly what they’re doing and the customer service is top tier. my favorite location by far. i love you guys❤️keep up the good work. the orange dream machine is literally so amazing and it’s my favorite drink in the world it’s so dreamy and so machiney?⚙️
I think they need adult supervision there , especially the person who said he is the manager Trey(Sp) rude and not wearing his mask.Also just read the other reviews so I do not expect an apology from them.
If you leave a 5 star review they thank you, if you leave a 1 star do they say sorry? No way.... they just send you a automated note.So they do not care if the employees were rude or they messed up your order or they spit in your drink, they care about profit only.
I actually like Jamba Juice, but will not be returning to this location due to rude and untrained staff.
Wish I could give 0 stars for the customer service from the manager who would not wear his mask properly and did not have a clue about what making the orders. me and girlfriends did not have the right ingredients.
