After going to this location I will be deleting the app and never going to a Jack in the Box again. I ordered on the app and when I got to the drive through I was told they didn’t have the pineapple milkshake. I was told I couldn’t get a refund. The rude women who was at the window said she made me a strawberry milkshake instead, I told her multiple times I didn’t want a strawberry milkshake I wanted the one I ordered or a refund. She stomped off then shouted at another worker about me, saying how I didn’t want the strawberry milkshake and I was rude and ungrateful. I have never been treated this badly as a customer of any restaurant, the stuff here are rude and their uniforms dirty.
Just came from this location this evening to pick up dinner for friends and their kids. Normally I wouldn't go to this location since they've messed up on our orders before but I was in a rush and it was on the way. Was medium busy. This time they've not only messed up on the order but shorted us. My fault for not checking to ensure everything was there when I was handed the bags but there was a line in the drive thru and I didn't to hold them up. We were shorted on orders of curly fries, and given both ultimate cheeseburgers instead of bacon ultimate cheeseburgers. Honestly I'd prefer McD's but friends and their kids really wanted the seasoned curly fries. Definitely check your orders regardless of how inconvenient it may be. Servers were nice which is a plus.
Today was my second time going to this location since I just moved here. The first time I went the lady taking the order was extremely rude I said okay maybe they're just busy and she's had a rough day with the end of the day. So I decided to give it another chance and said maybe it was just an isolated incident but no. I went today to grab my kids some lunch take it I have four of them. So after every meal I purchase I kept literally getting asked does that complete your order does that complete your order oh I'm sorry which is really busy right now. Which I'm like okay is understandable but he was literally cutting me off while I'm talking. And then he asked if I wanted and he saw us I told him hot sauce and ranch not once but twice and still didn't get any ranch. And then he almost forgot a burger and I had to remind him that I had another drink. I won't be back to this location until the staff learns customer service.
The food was delicious, made quickly and accurately to the order but was a little more expensive than I remember it being a year or so ago.
The lobby is closed. I had walked there for food so I went home and drove through.
I'm getting tired of pulling up to a drive through window, placing an order to find out its wrong, poorly made or missing all together. Then I go back to get what I payed for and get "looks" for being unreasonable, yet I don't yell or belittle, I'm curtious, polite and always say thank you when they finally get my order correct. When I show up to work I'm more than expected to just show up but actually do the job they are paying me to do. Is it too much to ask when pay for an item you get what you're paying for. Not to single jack in the box out, but I see this happening a lot lately.... but the last couple of times I've been to jack something wasn't what it should be.
4 tacos for $3, you learn to like them after awhile, then you appreciate them as they fill you up for the night for $3

I'm trying to reach them by phone and I they forgot my sourdough jack.Foods great but if I don't get what I ordered and can't contact the restaurant then it's a problem.
