My girlfriend ordered a coffee. She meant to order an ice coffee. The guy made it for her with no problem. I don't know his name but he was very much appreciated for it
I had some breakfast burritos. They were delicious. Good energy, plenty of food. The customer service was good!
When they were open the staff was nice. Now it says they're open till 10pm but everytime I try to go there around 9:30 they have a cone blocking the drive thru indicating they're closed. If it's open till 10 then the owners should know they're employees are closing over 30 minutes before closing time.
When we got to the window to pay, we can see the lady inside trying to multitask and take order on her headset. We didn't mind. What made me deduct stars was she kept touching her mask, touch the screen to enter an order, and grab our card. Then while using the same gloves she was wearing doing all of that, we saw her grab our fries, touching the fries like you grabbed a handful of candy from a bowl. Not happy with this ?
This is the only jack in the box I have.. tried to go to for breakfast and them not be open.How are you going to be located in a industrial area and not open at least the drive thru at an earlier time then 6am?
I love this chicken sand which but on 2/4/ 22 I had the worst chicken ranch ever I’m never eating there again ! The sand which was old and dry and very hard to chew I’m so dissappinted!! I’m never going to this one on pacific hwy ever I bought onion rings and onion right I paid 15 dallies and I got a very old chicken ranch burger!
The person taking the order was very polite and the food was hot and fresh.
Food quality seems to be plummeting. Too bad too because it used to be ok.I do not recommend the breakfast biscuit sandwich. Terrible flavor.
Placed online order, sat at the drive through ordering kiosk for 12 minutes before staff member acknowledged someone was waiting to order. It seemed like this location was only serving one car at a time waiting for until the previous car to be fully served and departed before accepting a new order at the drive-thru window.The whole idea behind an online pre-order and pre-payment is so the food is ready upon arrival and having to wait so the staff can game the car wait time is an unfortunate time waste for everyone.
Check your bag before you leave. I ordered the Blazing Cluck Deluxe and they only put bacon and a tiny bit of sauce on it. Not enough that you can taste it. The chicken was good but didn't taste fresh. I had to add my own stuff at home after nuking it. I only live 5 miles away. Not horrible, but I've had better Jack in the Box from Sodo (1st St) and the one in Renton by Fred Meyer.
