Poor customer service, one of Ihop employee in Tukwila she treated us very bad, it is not free we pay our money, she was very very bad resist server I never saw, I don't know why she hate us maybe because we are black or muslim, I surprised because I never saw some thing like this any where in seattle wa.Full story ??(As we entered she gave us seat next to enterance it was winter, evening and wind we have kids and new born baby, the restaurant was almost empty there was a lot of opening tables, we asked here we need to switch table far away from door she start yelling and disrespecting)
The food was good , presentation was alright. Solid meal .
Food was okay, but the service was great.
Was not packed at all and told me to wait outside. Had a hard time getting a curbside pickup, with most of the condiments/ items missing.
It’s ok. The taste wasn’t that spectacular. It looked good but didn’t taste right. It had very little flavour as the blueberry was overpowering
Love IHOP but was upset with the service here.Wanted to meet someone for lunch and they refused to seat me until they arrived because they didn't believe that I was waiting on someone? Very frustrating when trying to save time on a lunch break
We always hit this IHOP when we need to make early morning drop-offs to the SEA-TAC airport. The wait staff is always so kind and welcoming. And the food looks like the picture and tastes good which you don’t typically find.
Ya know, I love IHOP. This one was very crowded but that's expected on Sunday morning. The food is good. But, the real reason I'm giving it 5 stars is this. That morning, my daughter and her friend, were still sleeping after a long night of video games and movies. I knocked on her door. With a low scratchy, still sleeping voice, she says, 'whaaaat??' I said, "do you want to go to IHOP this morning?" Her and her friend both screamed "YES!!" They both got up very quickly, faster than I'd ever seen her move in the morning, got ready and we were out the door I under a half hour! Kids love IHop, so I love IHop!
We ended up leaving before we ordered. No one is checking vaccine cards. It made us extremely uncomfortable.
We will not be returning to this location. Service was poor, food was terrible. The hash browns were burnt and not edible. Very disappointed. The server did not inform us about where to pay, so we went to the front to pay, just to be 'chased down' by the server to pay our bill. I guess he thought we were leaving.
