Be careful when you ordered to go. Last month I have ordered a roasted pig and requested several time that I do not want a lot of fat. I opened it at home there was 2/3 of fat and 1/3 of meat even I had repeatedly requested not a lot of fat. And yes be careful at the chop roast pig counter, when you don't mind to pay for a good foods. I understand every business striving for their great reputation but It's definitely not the way you doing it.

I ordered the congee expecting it to be really tasty and I thought there was going to be pork cubes in it like the picture showed. I basically paid for plain rice porridge. There was only two pieces of tiny meat and no pork cubes... and it was super tasteless. Waste of money.
Folks, please be careful when you pay with your card. Make sure to ask for the receipt and verify it right on the spot while waiting for your food. I was initially charged a $2.00 cash when the young male cashier gave me the receipt that I had to ask for. I recall their credit card machine only asked for % tip, not $ amount. Then I was still charged another $2 and some change when the transaction posted to my online account. Overall I was charged almost $5 for a $23 plus food order. We need to report this business if this has been happening to others.
