Famous Dave's is a chain bbq restaurant. They have the normal staples of a BBQ place, although its a bit higher price on the smaller portion side. The taste is ok for their meats and the sauces left at the table are pretty good. Tons of parking outside, a good amount of seating inside, and a bar inside.When we entered, we stood at the front without being attended to for close to 10 minutes. 4 employees looked at us and put their heads down and kept walking. The bartender ended up coming out to seat us because he saw we were about to leave (they weren't that busy). If they got better at service, they be easily a 4 star and maybe closer to a 5.
This is one of my favorite places for barbeque. The service was great, we were immediately seated, our server was very personable,knowledgeable and accumadating.My ribs were very juicy and tender with just the right amount of sauce. I prefer that my sauce be cooked on the ribs as opposed to having it on the side to pour on. That is why i continue to come back, It's a deal breaker for me.The greens were not my brother ( he makes the best ) but they were good none the less. I absolutely love their baked beans. There corn bread is sweet just the way I like it.All in all a great meal. Wonderful service, at a reasonable price.i recommend this restaurant very highly.
We had an excellent dinner. Both ordered the 3 meat combo, trying 5 different meats; brisket, jalapeño keilbasa, burnt ends, pulled pork and burnt butter. The beans were very flavorful. All the meats were really good. I liked the brisket here better than other local BBQ places.
My only problem was not being able to dine in because everyone didn't have covid19 immunization cards on hand. We were unaware of this policy in King County so I was upset but we ordered went home and enjoyed our food. It was delicious. Tasty and everything I didn't expect. My favorite was the brisket
A beautiful welcoming atmosphere. The sides were good. The meat was tender and barbecue sauce had a nice flavor. Both my guest and I wished the majority of the meat wasn't so fatty. As we both left about half of the main dish to the side of our plates. Make sure you have a copy or your current vaccination record or proof of a negative test. It isn't posted on the exterior doors. But, they will ask you for it once you enter.

Got the American feast. Beef brisket was kinda tough not tender. Ribs are OK not tender enough either. Chicken ok . Taste wise food is just ok. I prefer other BBQ places. I had a gift card to use.
Service was good, no issues with the staff at this local. All three stars are for the staff.The food is incredibly overpriced and seems like the food quality is just meh. My brisket was literally a beef jerky... We had some pretty overdone meats. The veggies seemed like they were frozen and steamed no seasoning, no love think hospital food. Nothing was inedible or worth sending back but just not what you expect when it costs ~$100 for a dinner for three with no drinks.If the food is that bad at that kind of pricing Management needs to get a clue. The place was empty and that should have been a warning to us to look elsewhere for a good meal.
