Unfriendly; Rude; Poor customer service; Small portions; Incorectly made orders; Missing sides. This use to be a good store a few years ago, but now they seem to delight in doling out the smallest possible amount of food possible for what they are charging -- the rice bowls i ordered were 1/3 filled. The rice in the bowl didn't even cover the whole bottom of the bowl. One bowl had three green peppers in it - that was the 'fajitas' - three super thin slices. When I asked to talk to the manger regarding Carmen's (Female) customer service and unwillingness to actually make the bowl look anything near what the picture of the food on the menu looks like (the bowl on the menu has a reasonable amount of food in it) he asked if i wanted the bowl or not. I stated i didn't want it if it was only going to be a third full and he said they had limited supplies so they have to cut back... so they are charging the same amount for two thirds less and expecting people to be ok with it. I opted not to finish the order and will no be going to Chipotle's any more - they've really degraded in customer service and quality - and their probably about due for another E. Coli/Botulism outbreak anyway cause it's been about two years since their food kill anyone.

Really nice. She might have put a bit too much sour cream because there was more sour cream than rice. I did buy a burrito bowl. But good service! There was a line, but after we were in front, the staff helped me and made my food quick and easy! It was a fast process of what to add (to my bowl) and what not to. And it was DELICOUS! 5 stars chipotle! (But please just a bit more rice)

5 STARS ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️FOR THE CASHIER & THE REST OF THE EMPLOYEES IN THE FRONT tonight on 05/24 but honestly 0 stars for the manager there she was yelling at the employees and repeating things over and over again for them like they were children. The food was good, everything felt rushed while ordering & 100% think it’s because of their manager’s presence being there. Bossing around the employees like that is not okay, no wonder there is now hiring signs everywhere in the store nobody wants to work in an environment like that.

The service and food were as expected . Portions seemed smaller than most Chipotles. Unfortunately, there is no changing table for guests with babies. In a nice Chipotle in such a nice shopping center, this should be standard. I paid $40 for lunch, but still had to either change my baby in the restaurant area or in the freezing cold in the parking lot.

The hispanic ladies make the difference in this location. They are fast, clean and the service is great every time. Hopefully more chipotle locations were like this one

Made an online order and gave them an extra 10 minutes (on top of “earliest pickup). Walked in, no one’s there (customer-wise), and the order isn’t ready. Had to wait another 12 minutes before I got it. One bowl, by the way, not some huge order.

Always consistently good... I tried a new menu item and did not care for as much as my go-to tacos and burrito bowls. Chips and guac..I have to stay away from the hot salsa since I always forget my Chipotleaway.

Always good taste but unfortunately they were out of everything except for carnitas. Can’t blame the workers for that.

We ordered two bowls with extra rice and extra beans including all the other sides and when we received the bowls they were only half full. This was a mobile order.

Consistent portions ALWAYS. The crew has been on TOP of the meal prep for front of house 9/10 times I have been here. This allows for smooth assembly line flow and quickly making orders so you dont wait in line long. The crew is also regularly checked-in to their surroundings, knowing when to hustle and get things done for customers during peak hours. Always a pleasure at this location.
