I ordered online and chose the curbside pickup. when I got there were no numbered spots, so I asked a worker that was picking up trash. oh ya we don't offer that anymore. why it is an options online then? Not sure we don't offer it, you'll have to go inside to get your order. I go inside and I have to wait another 5 min in line to get my order... not very efficient. As soon as I got back to work I went on their website and they took down the curbside options. before you tell me you don't offer something make sure its not on your website as an option.... lines are always out the door or around the corner. not very helpful. I don't know if ill return to this location....
Glad I paid $8 for a chicken mini order that had crumbs in place of the nuggets.Also, my Sprite was completely flat. Waste of money.
This might have been the very best food I’ve had from a chick-fil-a. Chicken was on point, customer service was perfect, and only one of the service members were wearing a mask (would have been better if all of them were unmuzzled).
One of my favorite places to get food when I’m lazy to cook. The entire experience/process is amazing from start to finish. I can tell that they treat their employees right and the quality of food is much better than other places. Nothing negative to talk about.
The original sandwhich, can’t go wrong with that and some Polynesian sauce!
One thing I greatly admire about Chick-fil-a is their dedication to the consistency of their brand. They hold true to their mission statement, no matter what. Quality, courtesy, and simplicity: It's their pleasure.And every once in a while, they still manage to surprise me. I used to love their coleslaw, and was quite sad when it was removed from their menu. But that Kale Crunch side salad is a truly worthy inclusion, and a welcome option as a waffle fry replacement - at no charge.
About the same as any other Chick-fil-A but federal way has em beat when it comes to taste and quality of ingredients.They also don't serve lunch before 10:30am. Which is fine, I get this is privately owned. But when I told the person behind the counter "the one in federal way serve lunch anytime of day."She got the manager and he actually went to the lengths to tell me "no sir, you're wrong. You don't know what you're talking about. No Chick-fil-A serves lunch before 10:30am"This is completely false. I went to the federal way one 2 days later at 9am and ordered LUNCH.Had they just said no. I wouldn't have cared. But to get the manager to come and tell me I don't know what I'm talking about seems pretty petty. I now avoid this location. I don't want to deal with some manager prone to drama while trying to order unhealthy fast food for breakfast.
I feel like these 5 star reviews are fake. I have not had one good experience here. Fries come out stale. The large fries is NEVER filled. They forget sauces on the regular and the customer service is the worst I ever seen at a chik-fil-a. I gave this location a ton of tries thinking maybe it was an off day but these things are very consistent. We will be sticking to federal way location from here on.
Staff is always friendly and eager to take your order. Food comes out quick and correct, although I've found the fries are usually not hot. Drive thru can be long so it's easier to just go in to order.
So we ordered a sandwich meal, cob salad, drinks, and fries with chik-fil-a sauce. We noticed that we didn’t get the Chick-fil-A sauce before we left the lot so we grabbed some from inside the store. Then we drove off not noticing they didn’t even give us straws until we got on the freeway. When we got home there wasn’t even dressing for the salad. I’m honestly surprised by how bad they messed up, especially with the amount of people they have working the drive through.
